I recently worked with PIP Co on a custom fedora hat project for a special event celebrating the San Jacinto Monument in Houston, Texas.
The client wanted custom-branded fedora hats featuring their logo because the event organizer was a fan of these particular hats. The final product turned out beautifully, with excellent print quality and attention to detail. The hats were a big hit at the event, and everyone was impressed with the finished result.

The sunglasses came broken and the owner Jonathan wouldnt give me a refund. I dont recommend this store and all the positive reviews are fake.
Items were ordered in December, but delays led to them not being finalized until January. After follow ups, the company said they mailed the items. The package was never recieved, although it was listed as delivered. Since I have had packages accidentally dropped off at various neighbors, I requested an image (as many tracking services have) so I could figure out who might have the package. Instead of helping, the company accused me of fraud and sent my inquiry to their legal team! WHAT????

I bought 36 Wedding Sunglasses for my wedding. What made this particularly memorable is the customer service. When one of the sunglasses was damaged in transit, we emailed them sent a picture and to our surprise they shipped the entire order again for free! That’s real customer service! Will be back for my friends wedding coming up in May 2026.
