The item was extremely detailed shipping was fast communication outstanding. The way it was shipped. Could’ve been better. It came broken. On two of the three figures I had bought during shipping. The way they packed. It was horrible. I’m glad I’ve got them in a repairable state. They were just pretty much thrown in with bubble wrap and shipped. Other than that, I recommended them.
I bought a Tyrranid Lictor for my son's army and it arrived in perfect condition. The model was primed black as pictured and bubble wrapped securely so it would not break during transport.
