I tried to place an order over two weeks ahead of when I needed items for an event. Their website has an expected delivery date indicated on the site, and I was well within what I needed when I placed the order.
After placing the order, I asked if I could have the items shipped to two different locations - 400 to one, 150 to another. They said that would have to have been booked by the sales team. Not great customer service..
Then, they ask when I need the items by, and try to upcharge me several hundred dollars. When I declined asking for a canc
I ordered 100 heavy canvas totes in four different colors. the majority of the maroon totes (my customers favorite) are discolored!
They are nice bags made from recycled material but they smelled a little weird, so I washed them and it seemed to solve the problem.
Great quality bags at a lower price than my old supplier AND they got here fast from the west coast to the east coast!! Thanks, will buy again!!
