Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on October 17th, and since then I haven't received a single update about my order.
I've tried contacting United Vintage to find out what is happening, but they haven't even bothered to reply.
It's been extremely frustrating to pay for an order and receive absolutely no information about its status. No updates, no communication and no customer service whatsoever.
This is simply unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Everything was in general good, the website is well made and the ordering process was fast. Althought, i want to point out something, right now you're having a promotion of Black Friday edition, witch i bought, when they were left only 4 in stock. In the description of that mix it says "it won't have restock, once is sold out its over". And then it passed some hours since i bought, and you restocked, it says right now it as 20 left. It was deceptive and persuasive to get people to buy, but oh well. The rest was good.
