Bought £125 Unbranded Tshirt Black and White bundle for resale - Over 50% of the box was obscure company branded logos of extremely low quality and no resale value. I should have reviewed Trustpilot first before purchasing. Please do not waste your money. Will not be purchasing again.

First order for 50x Dickies grade B trousers was great hence the 2 star review.

Second order for a "Reseller Box" for £215 was awful. This promised a 2-5x return and it was full of £1 unsellable rubbish and multiple grade B/C items...

It also had the heaviest 7XL Jacket with a no name brand. I have been through the whole box and i will be surprised to even get £75-100 back total from this...

I have basically paid VWS £150 for them to dump their rags in my storage.

Had an issue with my original order, however the team reached out and we came to a very agreeable solution, overall accidents do happen, but this company has the accountability and the ability to rectify it, that personally goes a long way with me, will definitely be doing business with these guys again!

The grade is never as good as they say, the clothes do not sell and even if they did you'd be lucky to break even.

I have ordered over £5000 in items from these over around 15-20 different orders and only ever had 1 order with problems and 1 order late. i got a refund of the order than was a problem (not many wholesalers do refund or help at all) and the late one i got compensation. customer service my email is very good credit to (Franklin William) very good. overall Great to buy from and work with.

Ordered branded polyester sweatshirt 100 and 100 Nike t-shirt absolutely brilliant condition a star

Ordered two parcels combined cost over £300. Given a delivery time of up to 10 working days.

Nearing 3 weeks now and still no parcel. Spoke with customer service last Friday and was apologised too and promised they would personally sort it themselves on Monday (yesterday) heard nothing yet again and all my emails ignored. Had to source items from a different supplier who delivered within a few days.

Not the first issue I've had with this company lately, one of my past orders they sent a completely wrong box and wanted photos of every item to accept a return.

They used to be good, they've got so noticeably worse now ive moved to new suppliers. Alot of their responses state they're under new ownership and are trying to improve things but I haven't seen any signs of this.

Update: one half of order marked as put of stock over email after 17 days waiting and then offered store credit! Despite what I paid for now not being available. Why sell something you don't have and take nearly 3 weeks to then offer chance to buy something else. I would like my money back, not credit. This company may have new management but its got worse, never had issues before

Almost 2 years after, no order sent, and the only thing they can offer is a voucher and a 10 GBP bonus, that is a joke and we cannot recommand this wholesaler

I have been shopping with VWS for almost 2 years and never really had any issues other than shipping time, that’s why I’m giving only 4 stars. It happens that the orders are shipped month or even two after expected time frame but fortunately the customer service (especially Max!) is getting better and better so the overall experience is not that bad. The clothes are always neat, there are often more pieces than ordered and the prices are probably the best on the market. All of that is worth waiting a bit more or simply ordering ahead, expecting delays.

I received exceptional support when I ran into a complex shipping issue that was completely outside of their control. Even though the problem was not caused by them, the entire customer service team stepped in with incredible professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to help me resolve it smoothly. Truly outstanding service and brilliant communication throughout. A huge thank you to Leo and the entire support team for their hard work and support!

Great value bundle with a good mix of brands, including Lauren Ralph Lauren, Chaps, Brooks Brothers, Dockers and vintage pieces. Most blazers were in good wearable condition, with only a few needing minor repairs or replacement buttons. Plenty of resellable pieces and a nice variety of colours and sizes. Very happy overall!

This is my first order, and the quality and styles are fab..!
I read reviews before ordering, emailed and advised that a vast percentage of negative I dismissed.
My questions were answered by Oliver, first rate and I placed an order.
If other sellers find it impossible to wash and/or repair, there's something very wrong.
Vintage is just that, each piece tells a story, and for the age you expect flaws, that's all it is a 'flaw'.
I'll be spending my time waxing the leather and airing, but that's it, they're all amazing in style and design, whether full length or now, it is negligible based on range.
Please ignore the negative reviews for flaws, and place an order, I sincerely feel, if a genuine reseller, you'll have no issues.

Most of the stuff was decent no stains etc, but 3 items had company logos embroidered into them don't know how that got through quality control if there isn't any, these items aren't vintage just unwanted

I placed order #WEB156335 on August 2nd, 2026, which was supposed to be processed quickly for UK delivery. It has now been 3 days and the order status is still stuck on "Unfulfilled".

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. There is no working phone number, the live chat on their website is just an automated bot that repeats template answers, and my emails go completely ignored.

As a wholesale buyer, this delay directly affects my business operations. I expect a real person from management to contact me immediately with a valid tracking number, or I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Very poor communication and service so far.

Purchased 50x Nike t shirt of “GRADE A” quality, I received 47 items 1 of which wasn’t even a Nike top, we also had to throw 10 t shirts away due to paint stains over them around the neck area leaving me with 37 t shirts which were OK still not great, haven’t had an email back yet either

I have only had one order off this company so far, and the items that I received were absolutely fine with no complaints whatsoever.

I also had a question about some stock that I might be interested in, the email that I sent was very quickly responded to by a person called Youna, who was extremely helpful and obliging, thank you Youna.

So from my own personal experience I can only speak well of this company, and would recommend them to anyone who wanted to stock and sell vintage type clothing.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I spend £650 on kids carhartt bales. I messaged about 5 days after ordering to get an update, I was only then told that they didn't actually have it in stock and could give me store credit instead. I told them I didn't want credit I wanted what I ordered but they had already given it to other customers. Really awful and unprofessional, avoid these people at all costs. They won't even refund me, they keep offering credit.

I had an issue with my order, but the customer service team responded very quickly and resolved everything without any hassle. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made sure I was happy with the outcome. Great service and a positive experience overall. I would definitely order from them again.

I’ve used Vintage Wholesale Supply over the last few months and have spent around £1,000 with them. I went into it completely open-minded, expecting a decent level of quality and service with only minor issues. Instead, I’ve been consistently disappointed, and I honestly feel stupid for giving them multiple chances.

My first order included both A and B grade items. It arrived in poor condition, with the boxes already damaged on arrival. This was nothing like the securely wrapped, palletised shipments shown in their advertising. Over half of the order was damaged beyond being resellable. These were sold as B grade, not “broken” grade, yet many items were unusable.

After nearly two weeks of chasing them by email, I finally received a response. The resolution offered was a very small percentage back, either as store credit or an even smaller cash refund. When I challenged the condition of the order, they hid behind their grading policy, claiming they allow a small percentage of items to be C grade or below to balance out the overall grading. In my experience, this was used as an excuse rather than a genuine explanation, as the amount of damaged and unsellable stock I received was fa
