1. Automatic Sale Detection

If a product sells on Poshmark or Shopify, Closo automatically detects the sale.

The item will be:

Moved to the “Sold” section in your Crosslister.

Delisted from your active inventory to prevent duplicate sales.

2. Manual Sale Marking
If an item sells outside of Poshmark or Shopify (for example, in-person, another platform not yet connected, or wholesale), you can mark it sold yourself:

Go to your Crosslister dashboard.

Select the product(s) you want to mark as sold.

Click the Multi-Action button.

Choose “Mark as Sold.”

The product will move into your Sold section.
3. Why It Matters
Marking items as sold ensures that:

Your inventory stays accurate.

AI Agents don’t try to relist or adjust pricing for items you no longer have.

You get correct profit and revenue tracking inside Closo Analytics.
