How Do I Mark Items as Sold?

1. Automatic Sale Detection

  • If a product sells on Poshmark or Shopify, Closo automatically detects the sale.

  • The item will be:

    • Moved to the “Sold” section in your Crosslister.

    • Delisted from your active inventory to prevent duplicate sales.


2. Manual Sale Marking

If an item sells outside of Poshmark or Shopify (for example, in-person, another platform not yet connected, or wholesale), you can mark it sold yourself:

  1. Go to your Crosslister dashboard.

  2. Select the product(s) you want to mark as sold.

  3. Click the Multi-Action button.

  4. Choose “Mark as Sold.”

  5. The product will move into your Sold section.


3. Why It Matters

Marking items as sold ensures that:

  • Your inventory stays accurate.

  • AI Agents don’t try to relist or adjust pricing for items you no longer have.

  • You get correct profit and revenue tracking inside Closo Analytics.
