If someone else sells a product you listed, you'll get your credit back.
What will happen to my imported products if I pause my subscription?
Once you imported products, you can sell them until they are sold.
What occurs with my unused listings at the end of the month?
Unused listings from your monthly plan are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.
What is Closo Refund Policy?
Refunds or account credits may be issued to customers in specific situations where Closo fails to provide the paid services, such as persistent software errors that hinder item listing or discrepancies in product pictures or descriptions.
Refunds are not provided for users testing the software, as our pricing model includes a free plan for testing features and listing up to five items per month.
