What counts as an AI action?
One AI action is a single run of an AI agent on one listing — for example, the Listing Booster rewriting a title and description, or an agent suggesting a price. Pro includes 30 AI actions a day (Listing Booster). Unlimited removes the daily cap entirely, so you never count.
What if I have 2,000+ listings?
Crosslisting is unlimited on every plan, so your catalog size is never capped or metered. At high volume, Unlimited is the right fit: it removes the daily AI limit and adds the automated agents — Auto-Pricer, Auto-Offers and Auto-Share — so pricing, offers and sharing keep running automatically across thousands of listings (with the extension on, and even while your browser is closed on marketplaces with an API).
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — $0, forever, no credit card. Free crosslists to all six marketplaces without limits, includes every importer and the price checker, and gives you a 30-day trial of Expenses & taxes. You pay only if you choose to add bulk actions, full analytics or AI agents.
How do Auto-Sourcing Agent and Sourcing Autopilot get billed?
Both work on any plan, including Free, and neither is a subscription. Auto-Sourcing Agent is usage-priced — a flat $1 per item sold, so you pay only when something actually sells. Sourcing Autopilot is pre-paid: it runs on a budget you approve and fund up front, and only sources within that amount.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings — no phone call, no lock-in. Drop back to Free and you keep unlimited crosslisting; you just lose the paid features.
Do you charge listing or selling fees?
No. Closo never takes a cut of your sales and charges no per-listing fee. Your plan is the only recurring cost. The one usage-based item is Auto-Sourcing Agent, an optional add-on at $1 per item sold — everything else is covered by your plan.
What’s the difference between Pro and Unlimited AI?
Pro gives you 30 AI actions a day for Listing Booster. Unlimited drops the daily cap and adds the automated agents — Auto-Pricer, Auto-Offers and Auto-Share — which handle pricing, offers and sharing for you: they run automatically with the extension on, and on marketplaces with an API they keep working whether your browser is open or not.
