2. How to Reconnect Your Account

Go to Settings → Marketplaces in Closo.

Find the marketplace marked as Disconnected.

Click Reconnect.

For eBay & Shopify: You’ll be redirected to their secure OAuth login page. Enter your credentials and approve access.

For Poshmark: Reopen the Closo browser extension, log in to Poshmark, and confirm reconnection.

Once approved, the status will switch back to Active.
3. Verifying the Connection
After reconnecting:

Run a Manual Sync to refresh your inventory.
