Tracking Product Status & Performance

Tracking Product Status & Performance

Knowing how your products are performing helps you make smarter selling decisions. With Closo’s Inventory Management and Analytics, you can see exactly what’s working — and what needs a push.

1. Understanding Product Status

In the Inventory tab, every product has a status:

  • Draft – Items ready to be listed or crosslisted.

  • Active – Listings currently live on marketplaces.

  • Sold – Items that have sold, with sales details.

💡 Pro Tip: Filter by status to quickly find products to relist, update, or promote.

2. Tracking Performance Metrics

For each product, Closo tracks:

  • Likes – How many buyers have liked your listing.

  • Sales – Units sold and total revenue.

  • Profit & Margin – How much you earned after fees and costs.

  • Sell-Through Rate – Percentage of stock sold over time.

3. Using the Analytics Tab

The Analytics section gives you a big-picture view:

  • Top-selling products, brands, and categories.

  • Best-performing categories.

  • Inventory aging labels to identify slow movers.

  • Revenue and profit trends over time.

4. Leveraging AI Insights

Closo’s AI helps you act on performance data by:

  • Recommending price changes for slow sellers.

  • Suggesting relists for stale inventory.

  • Flagging high-demand items for promotion or sourcing.

5. Making Data-Driven Decisions

  • Double down on best-sellers by sourcing similar products.

  • Adjust pricing or run promotions on low performers.

  • Liquidate inventory that’s been stagnant for too long.
