New this week · Tools & Hardware — questions buyers ask
Recently listed tools and hardware fills this collection with 52 lots. Prices are substantial, from $466 to $30,250, and all of the lots are assortments, so no manifest accompanies them and the description and photographs are what you weigh before spending. Five states are involved in dispatch: Virginia, Wisconsin, Florida, Connecticut and New York. Three sellers are listing, namely J&F Liquidation Center, Bulk Pallet Liquidation and Department Store Liquidations. Because the values here are high, both the freight quote and the inspection terms deserve a close look. Delivery is priced against the ZIP you provide and shown on the lot page before being repeated at checkout. Payment is escrowed rather than released to the seller at the point of order, five business days from delivery are allowed for inspection, and disputes are raised against particular lines.
Live tools & hardware lots on Closo run from $12 to $385 all-in; per unit that is $4.13 to $11.15 depending on brand mix and condition.
Which suppliers list tools & hardware lots?
MidTenn Wholesale, Thrift World, H & J Liquidators and Closeouts, Inc. carry most of them today — every supplier on Closo is verified and paid through escrow.
Where do they ship from?
Tennessee, Nebraska, Illinois carry most tools & hardware lots today; freight is quoted for your ZIP on every lot page.
Manifested or assortment?
Both. A manifested lot lists every line and quantity; an assortment shows representative lines. The badge on each card says which.
Can I inspect before I pay the supplier?
Yes. Your payment sits in escrow; you have five business days after delivery to inspect and raise a per-line claim before the supplier is paid.
What resale can I expect?
Every lot shows a resale range measured on real Closo sales for the same brands and categories — a range, not a promise.
