Do I need a membership to buy?
No. A free Closo account is enough. Closo Insider is optional — $19.99/mo for free parcel shipping on every $300+ parcel lot.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, into escrow — the supplier isn't paid while the lot is on its way. Approved buyers can order on net 60 instead: charged 60 days after the order, no fee for terms.
What if the lot arrives short or not as manifested?
Open a dispute on the exact manifest lines, with photos, inside the 5-business-day acceptance window. The supplier has 72 hours to answer; silence refunds the claim in full. If the two sides disagree, Closo rules within 5 days. The funds are held the whole time.
How does shipping work?
