I had a very bad experience with this company. I paid for merchandise, but they never sent my order. I contacted them several times asking either for my products or for a refund, but they refused to return my money. As of today, I have not received the merchandise I paid for, and I have not received a refund. Based on my experience, I believe I was scammed. I strongly advise other customers to be very careful before sending any payment to this company. Make sure you verify everything and use a payment method that offers buyer protection. I am still requesting either delivery of the merchandise I paid for or a full refund.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Somehow their website went down for a few days. During that time, I was communicating with someone via WhatsApp because I’m based in the UK and wanted to place an international order. They confirmed they could ship internationally. When I was ready to purchase, I explained that I wanted to pay with PayPal because I’d never bought from them before. As a reseller, I’m very cautious after almost being scammed by fake liquidation websites in the past, and this was a significant amount of money. I spoke to several different people on WhatsApp. They all told me I could pay with PayPal. However, when it came time to make the payment, I was suddenly told PayPal wasn’t working. Instead, I was sent a checkout link that took me to a cryptocurrency payment and identity verification process. There was no proper invoice, no itemised order, and nothing showing the goods I was supposedly purchasing—just a payment request. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. I genuinely don’t know whether someone has cloned the company or whether something else is going on, so I’m not making any accusations. I’m simply sharing my experience so other resellers can make an informed decision. If you’re a reseller, especially in the UK where access to genuine liquidation stock is limited, please do your own research and be extremely careful before sending any money. If a payment process doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and don’t be afraid to walk away.

I’ve ordered from several liquidation companies, but this team is by far the most honest and reliable. The pallet manifest was incredibly accurate, and the quality of the items exceeded my expectations. I’ve already turned a fantastic profit on my first batch. Shipping was fast, and customer service kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be a repeat buyer!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered 1000 pc "Department Store" jewelry lot. More like crap from KMart or $ General. Supposed to be lots of 12. I got 45-200 pieces of the same stuff. Who needs 150 fabric chokers? 45 heavy chains that look like big dog collars. Over 300 religious pieces? Seriously? Absolute Garbage. Do your research first & SHOP ELSEWHERE!! Added 7/30/26...You'll notice as you read other negative reviews that they have completely stopped replying to any reviews. Says alot!
