Lot of 7 vintage costume jewelry brooches in gold-tone and silver-tone metal, with mid-century nature-inspired and geometric designs. The lot includes an enameled maple leaf in autumnal tones, a matched pair of large, detailed gold-tone feather pins, a scalloped shell with a faux pearl accent, and a silver-tone floral pin with purple enamel and a faceted pinkish-red stone. Materials include gold-tone base metal, enamel, and faux pearl. Approximate lengths range from 1.5 to 3.5 inches.
Condition is very good for vintage pieces, with light surface wear consistent with age. The maple leaf enamel is vibrant with minor wear, and the faux pearl on the shell brooch keeps a soft luster. Pin stems are straight and clasps are functional. A copyright mark is visible on the reverse of the feather brooches; the remaining pieces appear unmarked. The metal has not been tested for purity.
