Extremely disappointing experience – product quality and customer service I am sharing my experience with Vintage Wholesale Spain so other buyers can make an informed decision. I have been in the wholesale clothing business for more than 8 years and regularly import large quantities from European suppliers. I contacted Vintage Wholesale Spain because I was looking for a potential long-term business relationship. The 45 kg order was intended as a test of their products and service. Unfortunately, the merchandise I received was, in my assessment, significantly below the quality that was represented to me. I immediately documented the condition with photographs and video and contacted the company. The situation became even more concerning because of my communication with their Sales Manager. I have a recording of the conversation and provided it to higher management so they could review exactly how my complaint was handled. I subsequently provided the company with the invoice, payment records, photographs, videos, delivery information, correspondence, and the recording. I requested either a full refund of approximately USD 860 or a replacement with 45 kg of genuine Grade A vintage branded hoodies. Despite giving management the opportunity to resolve the matter professionally, I have been extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled. What began as a product-quality issue has now become a serious concern about the company's customer-service approach and how complaints are treated. I originally wanted to establish a long-term business relationship with this company. Instead, this experience has completely damaged my confidence in doing further business with them. I have preserved all relevant evidence and correspondence. If this matter is not resolved properly, I will now refer the complete case and supporting evidence to my lawyer so that he can assess the matter and take whatever legal action he considers appropriate.
