Went in to find my item and could not. Went back in to find it the next day and they removed the bin number from my receipt... what the hell. Beyond pissed. Because they did processed the receipt with another purchase and I found one item, they screwed me. Now they say sorry too bad...
The online auction process is easy and fun. If you pick-up at a non-busy time (good luck timing that) it is smooth. Otherwise, it is rough! The employees are helpful and do a decent job in such a hectic environment.
