Wally Coffin Box of Case Pack Product

I ordered 2 boxes on December 20, 2025. They were suppose to be delivered and the 30th of December. When they didn’t arrive by January 2, I called, 5 times to be exact. No call back after leaving numerous messages. Finally, someone answered and said “sorry, we forgot to ship those out, we will get them out on Monday or Tuesday”. This was Friday!! OK…The next Saturday, I got 1 box delivered. And they said the delivery was complete. But I ordered 2 boxes. I paid $99 per box, a total of $198. I only received 1 box and they said my order is complete. And now, they will not respond. To emails or phone calls. Please, DO NOT shop at Boxflipz. They have terrible customer service. They have zero clue how to treat their customers. The only good thing that came out of this experience is that I learned I will NEVER treat my customers the way that Boxflipz so blatantly treats theirs!!!

DO NOT GO TO THEIR WAREHOUSE!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! My father and I stopped here to pick up a package and we saw a rat run along! A employee states that the warehouse is infested and they get into the food pallets all the time! ITS GROSS!!!

Do NOT trust this company. This is a full on scam in every sense of the word. I ordered a dryer from this company over a month ago and it never showed up to my home. I was sent a “preparing shipment” notification along with a date it was expected to get here. I waited two weeks after the said shipment date before I tried to make contact, because I know delays happen. My issue is that I have now tried to contact this company through several emails and countless phone calls/voicemails with my name and order number (as directed on their ‘contact us’ page) and I haven’t gotten a SINGLE response. The day I first called and emailed for customer service, the shipping date was completely wiped and now shows no update on where my order is. It no longer even shows that my shipment is “being prepared.” It’s now been well over a month and I am still calling every day to no avail. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as many many people have had the same issue with this company. At the VERY least, someone should have returned my calls/emails to let me know what is going on with my order. Again, do NOT spend your money with this company, as you will be out hundreds of dollars with no way to make contact with them for an understanding of what’s happening. Stay away from Box Flipz.

Warning!! DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I ordered a Amazon coffin box and what I got was a box full of used/broken items. After sorting out the items that were used/broken i would be lucky to get $100 of my money back. This box was $250. It's pretty sad when u get a used planner, a car vacuum that has dirt in the bin, broken dishes and items missing parts. Please do not order from them.
