We purchased a commercial soft serve ice cream machine from this store which did not work properly upon delivery. As we were troubleshooting, it exploded and caught fire, resulting in a total loss. The owner would not honor their warranty on the product nor negotiate a reduced purchase price…
We bought a playground set from Chad and had them deliver and set it up, ( loved that he saved us some money) they were on time delivering the playset, it took a little bit longer to set up than they thought but they stayed until it was finished and honored there price!! They are wonderful people…
I am so happy with my pergola. I was not able to have it installed for several months after my purchase and they continued to store it for me. Yesterday they installed it and it is beautiful. Such nice people too!
You Bid Auctions was very helpful when picking up our won Auctions. They are very kind and have amazing customer service!
Purchasing and picking our treadmill up from Chad and Kayla were quick and easy. It was in perfect shape and not to hard to put together ourselves. I use it several times a week. We LOVE our new Nordictrack treadmill!
