Listen I been driving for 5 years that load out from Jason and Josh couldn’t have gone any better nice and fast customer service was immaculate I wish there was these guys in every ware house thank you Jason and Josh and American surplus inc.

I recently picked up a flatbed load with my tractor-trailer from American Surplus in East Providence, Rhode Island, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I stepped onto the premises, I was immediately greeted and helped by Jason and Josh from the Shipping Department. They were both professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely willing to help make the entire pickup process as smooth as possible. I am a flatbed driver for WT Rand Transport Brewer Maine. This was my first time picking up here. The lady in reception was awesome on her directions to get me here. Once I got positioned to get loaded I was met by Josh and Jason. Two exceptional employees. They worked with me to get the product on my trailer right where I wanted it. We chatted for a few minutes and they went home. I secured it down and went up to the upper lot and parked for the night. Hope to come here again soon.

As a new owner-operator, I’m still learning the ins and outs of the business, and he took the time to give me advice and help me understand a few things along the way.
