terrible place to do business. i have been ripped of by bstock to many times. this last time i bought 2 pallets of tools and recieved 2 pallets of old obsolete struts that aren't sellable. i disputed the sale 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done. if you want to be ripped of then bstock is the place to buy from. you are garrenteed to be ripped off if you buy enough from them. like i have been ripped off. i want to get a class action lawsuit against them.

Buyer beware when purchasing through B-Stock.I have repeatedly received lots where items were listed as being in good condition, but arrived with "salvage" labels on them. When issues are reported, B-Stock appears to defer to the seller rather than helping the buyer resolve the problem.I've also experienced situations where I bid on lots based on the listed inventory, only to discover after shipment that major high-value items were missing. Despite significant shortages, I was told the missing merchandise did not meet their reimbursement guidelines. On top of that, I was charged full shipping costs even when a large portion of the pallet contents were REMOVED my experience, neither the missing inventory nor the shipping discrepancies were adequately addressed. Buyers should carefully inspect listings, understand the dispute policies before bidding, and be aware that recovering losses may be difficult if the received inventory does not match the listing.CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ??????????? #### B Stock

Bstock will not stand behind any buyers of fraud that occurs on their platform. They only protect sellers. If anything goes wrong (and it will eventually), expect nothing in return...Paid for over $6k in soundbars/sub packages and they shorted us 1/2 of them. No recourse to get our money back. Ask yourself how do you win a dispute when sellers (Bstock) only take wire transfers? You give them 100% of your money in good faith they will ship what you paid for and when they don't you will be out 100% of your money. REMOVED learned. NEVER AGAIN!

I received an order from B stock that was not the quality i bid on ---and ultimately B stock refunded all my money and apologized for the issue --I am very impressed with their customer service --especially REMOVED--It takes a bit to let the process play out --but they did stand behind me. #### B Stock

Scammers, i won an auction at 1075 euro and they wanted to charge me 2800 euro for shipping so i canceled the order and requested a refund, they did not helped to get my refund back from Amazon Eu Sarl and gave me an email to write the request and no one answered., it's been 4 weeks now and no answer

We have done business with this place for a number of years and as I always predicted , they will end up being the demise of our business!! We currently sit here on a load of Lowes appliances that were clearly listed as scratch and dent new which is what we sell! Load gets here and is clearly used with lot tags even stating used! I understand that mistakes happen and happy to work with them.. I immediately done as directed and filed a dispute.. 4 weeks later the incompetent mediation person messages me back and says she had everything she needs and will send to Lowes and to expect 3-4 weeks before we hear back, so we sit here with hardly any inventory on floor , 18k load taking up our warehouse and cant bring in another load or do anything with this load until a resolution is reached!! Mediation has a place where can schedule a call and you run through her calendar and she has every single day blacked out!! #### B Stock

Lets start with , I have been buying inventory from them for 8 years and have spent about $359,000. Ive always paid my bills, yet took on a new contract with them and was told there was no back orders. So i took the contract and in the first week there was about $15000 of back stock. I wasnt prepared for that and got behind payments for that month but ended up paying it all off.But before i did, they blocked my bidding on all their websites and ultimately suspended my account and canceling my contract. So after 8 years and $359, 000 they treat me like this with multiple calls, emails and text messages from multiple people. So 8 years down the drain for these issues.They dont care about small businesss and only treat me like a newbie after all this time.Bad business for small business!!! #### B Stock

I have had good and bad experiences but i must say they must have had a REMOVED to the palletizing, the shipping prep, the handling in route, the way it was loaded, the car taken when the material arrived where all improved. I almost stopped buying here because these things mentioned where NOT up to par but I feel better after seeing a.difference. i would have give a 5 but I what to make sure this is not a one and done. #### B Stock

I have made 2 orders in the same time with Bstock. Orders #A2Z42373 and #A2Z42363. I've paid the Bstock fees by credit card, and then Wired the full amount of +6000€ to Amazon on 24th of November. We are now the 12th, I got no news from neither Bstock or Amazon. I will never trust again this plateform. My funds are blocked since then, and they keep sending me the same "copy-past" message telling me that I have to write an email to Amazon, which I already did many times. They also ask me a proof of Wire transfer from my bank, which I sent them a few hours later.

It's the first and last time that I will ever trust them again. If you don't want to have more than 7000 US Dollars block for nothing, without being able to work with it, I would definitively consider to never choose Bstock, especially if you are in Europe.

They are fully based in US, so you can't do anything here in Europe to rescue your funds.

I placed two orders with Bstock — #A2Z42373 and #A2Z42363 — and paid all their fees by credit card. On November 24th, I wired over €6,000 to Amazon through their platform. It’s now December 12th, and I have received absolutely nothing — no products, no refund, no concrete update from either Bstock or Amazon.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Bstock keeps sending identical generic messages instructing me to “contact Amazon,” something I’ve already done several times. They even requested proof of the wire transfer, which I sent the same day — yet no progress, no accountability.

At this point, my funds have been blocked for weeks, and Bstock has shown zero initiative or responsibility. For any European business, this situation is a nightmare — once your money is transferred, you have no protection and no effective way to recover it.

This experience has permanently destroyed my trust in this platform. I strongly advise any professional buyer, especially in Europe, to stay away from Bstock before risking thousands of dollars for nothing.

Horrible REMOVED It took me almost 6 weeks to recieve a shipment from them. After multiple emails, claim tickets, I sent one last email before seeking legal and all the sudden that got the ball rolling. I few days later I received my order, well LESS THAN HALF of my order. I am missing 572 items. I have tried calling them, emailing them, crickets! REMOVED"the senior mediator" will not acknowledge. Tread VERY Careful! And expect your money to be tied up for a bit before recieving products. #### B Stock

I thought this was a great opportunity to buy liquidation pallets for reselling, but it turned out to be a complete scam. I invested $1.7 in what was supposed to be high-quality overstock inventory, only to receive broken, outdated, and completely worthless items. Many products were either damaged beyond repair or not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted customer support, they kept making excuses and refused to offer a refund or replacement until name on display picture stepped in to forcefully and legally get me my refund and make them take responsibility for their dubious actions.

Avoid b-stock at all cost!!

We have been following Bstock for a long time, and their customer service has always been great. However, we recently purchased an auction item and paid for it, but nearly a month has passed with no tracking number or responses from either customer service or the seller.

We have sent multiple emails without receiving any replies. All we want is a refund, but they are not responding. If this situation continues, we are considering canceling our subscription soon.

I recently purchased a batch of Beats headphones. One of the products was not delivered to me. In addition, the condition of the products was terrible. I complained and nothing was done by Bstock. Later I found out that 8 headphones were broken, I complained again, and guess what? nothing was done. Don't waste your time or money, if you have a problem with Bstock you will be on your own.

Still blocked by bstock for submitting a claim through pay pal when b-stock was giving me a run around. Total scam they will give you a run around and when you fight back they block your account. Good luck getting honest help if the supplier rips you off and be sure to check each individual sellers feedback before purchasing. I recommend filtering by seller rating before purchases. Protect yourself because b-stock will not be there for you. If they do the right thing and unblock my account I will update, but will still never use them again.

These guys are fake and are running a scam. Then don't have a customer service already 3 weeks done and I don't know where my shipment is. Everyone in bstock is very prompt in asking to pay up and when it comes to replying emails the replies don't come. Avoid them like corona maintain business distance. Will make sure these scammers are brought to justice

This is one of the worse company i had purchase with. They have 0 buyer protection. Seller send you garbage and saying they sent you correct item which is totally false. whatever they say on the description its not TRUE. I have lost almost $4000 on their platform. They want wire from you not Credit or Debit card. Wire which you wont be able to dispute from your credit card. BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE SPECIALLY FROM BSTOCK SUPPLY. Less then 0 Star
