I have found Best and Less with affordable clothing, even the women's underpants, very reasonably prices and the one I chose have a cotton gusset, staff are help ful, I bought a soccer scarf thinking it was the Socceroo's, as it was with the Australian team, any how got home looked at it, it was Brazil, so unfortunately lost the receipt as the paper bag ripped, took it back,.they looked up my personal details and happily refunded me the money, I wasn't expecting it but was pleasantly surprised.

I got a bracelet pack for $5 something and two of them broke on the first day I got them
So I recommend to not go there and got to target

On 3/7/26 at approximately 3:10pm, my boyfriend and I were browsing in the store when we noticed staff members repeatedly staring at us. As we hadn’t found anything we liked, we decided to leave, only to be met at the front of the store by a staff member with a very poor attitude who appeared to be accusing us of stealing without any reasonable cause. My boyfriend and I had taken nothing, and we willingly showed the staff member our bags and even opened my jacket to demonstrate that we had nothing concealed. After leaving, we went to Cheap as Chips, and when we walked back out, a security guard was waiting for us and asked what we had taken, despite us having absolutely nothing on us or in our bags. I have never felt so stereotyped or unfairly targeted in my life, and the entire situation felt heavily influenced by our appearance and the fact that we look young. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I would caution younger customers, particularly those under 18, that they may be subjected to similar treatment

I wanted to return poor quality items and sent photos as their request but they have never responded to me.

DONT buy school jackets and long pants :(

Be careful buying clothes from here. It's a real hit and miss. Several things I've bought have shrunk significantly after washing (T-shirts) and a lot of the items don't wash well.

Wanted family matching Christmas T shirts so 6th November found myself in Best and Less. Got 8 T shirts but didn’t have a men’s large in the design I wanted. Lady at counter very helpful - I paid for all including the missing one for which she raised a click and collect order. Didn’t hear anything for over a week. Checked in store - will be in its way they said. A few days later large size is available online so I feel assured I will hear my order is complete. Still no word, now 3 weeks later so I contacted customer services via email, no response. Then out of stock online, start to worry. Call customer service head office - they cancel my click and collect and tell me to go in store for a refund. What?? I now have the situation where all bar one of the family have matching T’s due to B&L not fulfilling click and collect, pre paid orders before offering stock for online purchase. Just not good enough, surely it’s possible to prioritise orders that have already been paid for when items come back in stock, especially large stores like B&L. Not happy at all, such poor customer service.

Not very happy.
I made an order via online Best and Less and chose to click and collect from my local store, I received a message saying some items were not available at my store so I would have to pay postage for them to come from their warehouse and a few items were available click and collect, when I went in to pick up my (half order) click and collect from my store, I noticed every other item I ordered was available in the store, I asked the assistant if they had just come in and she said no, they have always been here .
So I got charged postage and had to wait for half of my items to be sent when they had been available in the store the whole time . I tried reaching out to customer service to find out why I had been charged postage ect but they have not replied to me .

Best & Less doesn't really cater for my age group (senior) but occasionally I find something I like. I have just purchased 3 pj bottoms, 3/4 length, they are made from really soft polyester elastane, have side pockets and come in a range of lovely colours and patterns. The size 12 is perfect for me and so comfortable. At $14 each you can't go wrong for value.

Had a great experience shopping at Best & Less! Picked up a super comfy black oversized jumper for myself – perfect for the chilly weather. Also managed to grab some winter clothing for the kids, all on sale, which was a bonus! Great prices, good quality, and everything we needed in one go. Will definitely be back!
