Utter sh*te - Chinese crap, nothing like the item advertised, awful quality, took forever to arrive. Don't bother and save your money

The item I purchased looked lovely on thier site but when received is extremely poor quality. I would need to pay postage to return and easier to throw in the bin. I been asked to add more detail. The photograph looked like the item was made of good quality material but when it arrived it was cheap thin material. So disappointing. Maybe I should have read all the details about the material, so make sure you do. The item looks cheap and nasty.

The shirt is Not what was advertised, states cotton mix but the only cotton is where it is poorly stitched together, the hat is nothing like why is advertised and is so poorly made there are lumps all through the underside of the brim. The logo on it is five times bigger than the advert and looks terrible, this company needs investigating and put out of business with the shite they produce.

Ominishambles of a company. Based on China and their delivery system is a farce. Initial delivery time nowhere near reality, received an email telling me the package was over a week away and then another email that same day saying it had been delivered (it hadn't). Still waiting, will not be buying anything else!

The hat shown on the website looked embroided, when it arrived it looked cheaply printed and cheaply made. The print was dark where you you could barely see the wording a complete waste of money. Looks nothing like the colours shown.

A bad company and misleading saying Britthreadco and then item is shipped from China, cheap botched up tops do not buy anything it's all misleading they are just robbing people out of money.

Hopeless hopeless. Customer service is shocking. Never had the product delivered. Now expect me to start checking with neighbours and shops. That’s after promising a refund, twice which I have never had.

They had my money almost 2 months ago. Do not give them a single penny.

Printed nylon Chinese rubbish. Definitely not worth the money. I will never buy anything more from this seller.

Got my stuff today after waiting three weeks which I expected. Terrible quality, collars on the tops are awful and don't stay flat, material is like something you would get down the market and cotton and not football top material and also small is like a medium, medium like a large etc. God knows what they going to be like after a wash.

Thought I would be robbed! And thought correct!

Purchased a t shirt “every little thing is gonna be alright”! Well that was a joke in itself, horrible nasty polyester fabric, stamped printing which is smudged, logo way bigger than in the photos, practically zero return policy. You live and learn I guess - buyer beware. Dreadful, cheap - I wouldn’t wear it gardening!!

TERRIBLE QUALITY!! especially given the prices which are not cheap!

The images look quality, thick embossed material… everything seems British but comes in several weeks from china, and is this, plastic, visibly cheap from afar. Didn’t even put the clothes on for fear of the plastic sticking to my skin.

Omg stay well away from this side cheap horrible clothing a big scam . I’m looking for there address so I can send there rotten tee shirts back which look nothing like the picture

Unfortunately another scam site - ordered an item which was never received. I claimed via Paypal and they only offered a partial refund on the provision that I closed my Paypal claim. They then provided non descript tracking information to Paypal who refused my claim. AVOID!!!!!!

Arrived before I expected and the quality and value for money was excellent too.

Awful! Awful! Awful!! Avoid buying ANYTHING from this store. Disgusting they promote their affiliation with supporting breast cancer to attract purchases. Items are cheap knock offs and are NOTHING like the pictures.

I order from this company pretending to be in the UK. They are SENHUAN TECHNOLOGY CO. Scam company. I’ve over 40 emails, each time a different person stating they are looking after your order. They said they refunded the money and I should check my bank. The refund or the shirt didn’t come. They pretend they are based in UK, Australia and US. They continually change their name SCAM do not use !! I’ve reported them on Facebook and in Australia. Do not use !

I would leave -1 if possible. Company calls themselves 'Brit Thread', website says they are US based, shirt came from China. REALLY poor quality. Not embroidered on fitted garment, simply screen printed on some cheap thin manmade fabric. Disgraceful quality that took weeks to arrive.

My own fault really, it does state ‘printed’ in the description but the photo looks embroidered and decent quality, and that’s what I thought I was buying.
Disappointed with a printed T-shirt of what I thought I was going to receive, can’t be bothered with hassle of sending it back etc as it took 3 weeks to arrive so will just take this one on the chin, won’t be ordering again tho.

This company takes an age to deliver. They need to stipulate how long delivery will be and who actually will deliver and to where. After many numerous emails, the company refunded my monies due to the problems with delivery. For that I am very grateful

Bad company i paid for a T-shirt via PayPal, and i keep getting emails saying i haven’t paid, Ive tried to email them and the email just bounces DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I am working with PayPal for a refund

Not received item.i have contacted numerous times.either want top or money back.just keep saying delivered. Which might be so but not to me.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Took my money. Kept delaying delivery. Still nothing received then had the cheek to say “order remains unpaid”
Initiated chargeback process in the UK. DO NOT USE

This is NOT a British company. It’s Chinese, although they pretend to be British. I saw a T shirt that I wanted and ordered using my credit card, I received a confirmation email then a few days later another email to say that I hadn’t paid. No order would be accepted without payment. I responded that I had proof of payment then a few days after I got another email saying that I had left items in my basket. Another lie, Finally after 2 weeks of complaining they agreed to send my T shirt which finally arrived today. Not really good quality but I expected that, I certainly would NOT recommend this company
EDIT: I have since received another T shirt as an apology so I guess they are trying to do the right thing
