Product, once confirmed, came quickly, was packaged very securely, and the product itself was in quality condition.
Only complaint is lengthy time to confirm, your order will stay in "Ticket Made" stage for quite some time but, once the process gets rolling, you get it quick and the products are exactly what you pay for.

Great as usual in regards to their selection. Hoping to see many items restocked again at some point but otherwise always a great place to get niche gear from. Shipping took a lil long, but maybe i need to pay attention to that notice next time (lol).

I ordered an FM12 gasmask and the sizing chart included on the page was crucial for helping me chose the right size. After placing the order, I was kept informed on when the item had shipped.

I bought an AVON FM12 gas mask from the site and received a tracking number by UPS that said “the label was created” for a solid week and a half. I was concerned and commented under an insta post about the delay and was reassured that the order was processing. Managed to get a hold of it and it was a mint respirator, no issues whatsoever. Will be buying from this site again, it has earned my trust.

It took two weeks to ship instead of the 4 days said on the website however once shipped it took less than a week to get to my house shipping cross country
The gas mask I ordered (msa advantage 1000) arrived in amazing condition with only some light yellowing on the visor.
My only complaint with this order and company is that it took a while for them to ship it.

Optics planet wouldn't ship plates to me as a civilian (although it's legal in my state) but that's alright because I found a better deal on better quality plates at catalyst surplus. The item arrived fast and was in great condition. I'll definitely check here before anywhere else in the future.
