Reloved Again

I’ve purchased two items now from Reloved Again. Both in perfect condition and (thanks to great videos) the perfect size. Best prices on the market. Lots of information given before you buy and so rare to have a preloved shop that does returns (although the info is so good I expect it is rarely needed). Thank you!

Bought at least 20 items over the last couple of years - love my Gucci bags the most, always flawless and as described, love the online customer service and the shop too! One time I didn’t like the trousers that I ordered - very easily returned and refunded without fuss. If you’re spending big or little they are amazing regardless - superb find ! Xx

Don't waste your time or energy with this company! Ive call them 3 times and left messages for someone to call me back but more than two weeks later I've heard nothing! I had Hermes and Chanel to consign but will take my bags elsewhere! Appalling customer service!

Anne-Marie and the team really are fantastic! The personal service, communications and knowledge are all outstanding - they are the best in the market. The response to queries is instant - any time of day! I love they offer such a bespoke service that really is tailored to understanding what you need, as Anne-Marie says “the devil is in the details!”. I’ve probably bought way too much from Reloved but everything has been gorgeous. Give them a go - you’ll be converted!

The presentation of the Louis Vuitton Garden Coussin was wonderful, and the communication was so warm and friendly—I highly recommend buying from them. It was packed very neatly and shipped quickly; I will definitely shop there again. Thank you for everything—you are simply amazing.

Have been watching on Instagram for a while and decided to make a purchase. The message I sent was quickly replied to and after purchase quickly posted. Item was as described (in fact, actually better than expected) and at an excellent price. Delighted with shopping experience and would not hesitate to make another purchase in the future.

Prior to stumbling across the boutique on the Kings rd I have never bought or sold Reloved. The experience made me feel differently about my designer purchases that never saw the light of day. I was buying impulsively and hoarding ! Not any more, I have resold some beautiful bags for somebody else to enjoy and treasure and I am continuing to edit my wardrobe of clothes and shoes. The team at Reloved are amazing such a personal friendly but professional service. I am kept up to date with sales and offers on a regular basis and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if you are a first time buyer or seller. They only resell the best quality items and the pricing is always competitive and unlike many resellers if you change your mind you can return any item purchased.

I would highly recommend this company as my experience of buying my Beautiful Dior tote was flawless from start to finish. Brilliant with their communication as you're not left hanging around for days for a response which I love. They could not have been more helpful. Quick to respond to queries. Bag ordered Friday morning and received in Northern Ireland by 10am the following day. Bag was exactly as described. Will use again.

Saw the product on instagram stories, I asked for some more details and within minutes I had a personalised video. Paid for my (gorgeous) new bag yesterday, arrived by guaranteed post today.
This is not my first purchase. Reloved again always have well priced designer items and the service is excellent.
Check it out everyday as there is always something new arriving!

Really lovely website and this is my first point of call for any luxury items as I trust their expertise and the videos they provide to show the items.
I have also enquired about sourcing a couple of items and the ladies always come back to me in a timely manner to assist.
