Really bad experience so far. I use three dropshipping services for my store, but this one has been the worst experience. I thought that being based in the US would make everything related to suppliers and shipping easier. One order was delayed by 15 business days and never got resolved; I had to cancel it and refund the customer. Now I have another one that looks like it’s heading for the same problem: it’s been five business days and the status still shows "Processing," while the response I get is, "We are working with the supplier to fulfill the order." It can also be misleading because the item shows as available on the site—so you add it to your store—but when a customer places an order, it turns out they either don't have it, don't have enough stock, or simply can't handle the workload. Coincidentally, the problems I've had are with the same supplier, and there are a lot of items from that supplier on the site. The site is good, the interface with your store is great, have good options, but the whole process for an order , at least in my experiencie is bad.
