Hey guys, Cliffrise is a new brand good friends of mine developed with a great cause and people who legitimately want to do good in the climbing community. The old reviews seem to be from an old scam site that has nothing to do with them!

Hello everyone! As being the other owner of the brand "CliffRise", which is almost a brand new endeavor of ours, I will try to be short. There has been another company called by this name, so the confusion is normal. Our brand is not exactly the normal kind of "business" as most of us understand it. It has been found and developed as a brand with cause. Big part of our income goes for bolting, developing and taking care of climbing crags. Thank you for the understanding and take care!

A new climbing brand managed by friends. The old reviews seem to be posted for another company that used the name.

The old reviews are for a SCAM brand, but it's an entirely different company name, having nothing to do with this old all but with climbing gear like magnesium and etc...

Really happy with my order from CliffRise. The website is clean and easy to use, the checkout process was smooth, and the products arrived exactly as expected. The quality is great and everything feels thoughtfully made and well presented. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had ordering climbing products online.

Just to note, some older reviews on Trustpilot appear to be related to a different brand from before the current CliffRise website launched. My experience with the current store was excellent.

Man, I should have researched a little more before I bought anything from Cliffrise. Same experience as everyone else on this page. Jacket came late, was 10 sizes too small, and is of the poorest quality I have ever seen! Opened 2 complaint tickets in an effort to take avail of their "hassle free returns". It's been over a month, and I still haven't gotten a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!

STAY AWAY! total scam. lost $90.00 followed return policy. no response, no phone number....contacting every day- nothing- will be contacting my CC as this is a fraud charge

Horrible experience! Takes a month to arrive from China and when it got here the quality is awful and proportions are off. Not wearable at all and when I tried to contact for a refund you only receive an automated email response, no follow up ever.
Contacted my credit card company for a refund which they luckily issued. This coat will go in the dumpster, not even good for donation.

their site says Hassle free returns and exceptional customer service. what a joke.
I emailed them 4x for a return and just got an automated response each time that said they would respond in 24 hours.

This is a company in China selling cheap merchandise based on phony customer promises. BEWARE!!! The merchandise takes forever to arrive and then customer service does not respond to emails once you have your cheap overpriced merchandise!!

If I could give zero stars I would.

November 28th I ordered a jacket for $105. Never came. I've tried numerous times to contact them and all I get back is their canned autoreply about the "upcoming holidays". Holidays were over 2 weeks ago, I want a response and my refund NOW.

ETA: Finally got a tracking number on Jan 31. I'm not even kidding, it left Chinese Customs on December 9th. They sent it to UKRAINE. At least I know it arrived in Kiev on Thursday. (I live in Pennsylvania, btw). Unbelievable.

Ordered a coat and the shoulders are way to big and the bottom doesn't fit over my hips--product is completely out of proportion and unwearable!! Have sent 2 emails requesting a return label and no response! $80 down the toilet!!!

100% SCAM... No returns, no customer support. I lost $76 on this site. Here is the automated email you receive for all inquiries:

Terrible quality and even worse customer service as there is none! They sent out an initial response to my email about returning the item and then nothing else from them. What a scam! Wasted my money.

Same experience as the others. Trying to process a return with no communication from the company. Do not spend your money with this company!

Horrible scam! No email responses, no real people to handle a problem. Not even a brand name in the cheap quality coat! DO NOT ever order anything from the SCAM Company! I won’t twice!

This company portrays itself as mid-range winter ware, but in fact it's cheap Chinese clothing. They are a real company, but the products are poorly made, the reviews on the site are bogus (I assume, since every single one is 5 stars), and while I did receive a response from the support line while inquiring on where my jacket was, once I attempted to contact someone about a return (the jacket is too large), there is no response. I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get a response in regards to this return, but based on the other reviews here, I probably will not hear back. That's $80 in the trash.

I submitted this review in 2020 and this was the correct company. I suggest you contact trustpilot and have your own review page setup.

Same as other reviews they took my money and did not send product, Also they will not answer my attempts to contact them.

This place is complete crap! Horrible customer service takes over a month to ship out items and on top of it there is no such thing as to returns. They wont email you back to get ticket info for returns. Have been trying to send a jacket back for over a month so I can get the right size and no one can be bothered to email you back!! It's a damn joke. They dont deserve any business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
