I truly feel this company should be rated 0..they're incompetent and not reliable. I order shoes in June 2026 never received them ..1st time customer repeated complains about refund refuse to send me my money. Told me my shoes were sent out several times yet not once sent proof with a tracking number. Don't waste your time buying from them.

Absolutely horrible cheap shoes…do not buy. They look nothing like the website and they ship from England so if you want to return the return will be more than the shoes. What a scam of a company.

Took 3 1/2 weeks to get then the quality of the shoe is very poor absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Then they wouldn't refund my money or send a prepaid shipping label to return. Will NEVER order from them again

Look good in pictures. Sole cheap plastic and upper material fake suade. No box, cheap plastic wrap smashed in mail box. Toe and heel smashed in. Tried to return. Costs more to return than cost of shoes. Never order these shoes!

This is not as it seems. Products very poor quality and unless you pay to return to china, you will receive little in way of refund. Beware

Ordered a pair os shoes Aug 9, cost debited from my account, multiple calls and emails to check order status, no response. When calling, you only get an answering machine stating they are not available and to leave a message. Emails have not been responded to. ITS A SCAM! They will take your money then ghost you and you will not receive your order!

Product cheaply made and not as advertised. Asked for photos of product after the photos were sent and no response since. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed and probably won't get any money back.

Its a scam, sent me clothes that could fit on a mutant barby doll from China. The quality is so low I would not even donate it to the homeless. When asking to return there is zero response.

I ordered a pack of sundresses on May 16, 2026. On June 17th, the order was listed as "delivered" but I never received. I reached out to company but they would not respond. Every time I checked on where my order was, they only sent me the tracking information which I already had. I will NEVER order from them again.

The dress I ordered was not as pictured on the website. They do not supply return labels. The tracking number is needed to initiate a return through Dragonfly, and it's conveniently invalid since they only process returns from Amazon. Don't buy from this company.

The quality of the products is low; the shirts I ordered don't look like the photos on the website. They don't provide return labels, and their support emails are unresponsive.

Clothes are shite company is run from China there is no uk customer support line how come they are allowed to sell in uk I am still waiting on return address so I can post it back for refund i am being asked to post back to China which is costing me almost the same as clothes.
Clothes are not as seen so I should have been refunded according to online rules of shopping I am getting round answers and Clothes have Chinese writing material feels cheaper than Primark

Quick and professional service

Would give 0 stars if I could. Even for mass produced garbage, this was bad. Sizing was completely off, products were unfinished and materials were the worst quality. I could have made better clothes and I can’t thread a sewing machine.

Their customer service was very thorough when I had questions. The products arrived quickly and were pretty nice!

The customer service was amazing. I ordered two pairs of the Alessandro pants and the signature polo. All for a great price and reasonable quality. I received my order and realized i ordered all small items. I was relieved when the quick responses from the customer service sent me another order of everything i purchased as medium sizes for free.

I would put zero stars but it wouldnt let me, this website i a complete scam you can spend your money with them and they give you nothing in return, you contact them for a refund and they refuse claiming its been dispactched with no tracking details, still waiting after about 2 weeks now i have now decided to leave this review in the hope no one else will fall for this scam

Shoes as purchased not even close to description. Truly terrible quality and ill fitting. Obviously cheaply mass produced with split insides when supposed to be new and feel wholly misled. Also took way longer to ‘ship’ than stated. I won’t be wasting any more money with this company

I bought a slim fit pants that didnt fit at all and the very quick and nice Support Provided by Alex helped me Out a lot. There is No issue about getting Something different If you dont Like the Item you bought. He placed the new Order for me and I will be buying again soon enough.
