We are there this morning food was great.server was great too
On Monday, April 20th, I went back to First Watch at Baileys Crossroads in Falls Church, VA because I knew they served the best pancakes and meal ever! Now this time I met Fabio. Enson and Diego happened to be off. They deserved it. Need time for urself as busy as they work. Fabio remembered me cause Im a familiar face. What can I say ...... another great review for Fabio. He made sure I received what I requested and had great customer service. Oh I cant forget. I need to mention that kind smile. I know its part of the job, but these gentlemen made sure their tables were white glove clean. And trash picked up that messy people left and did not pick up. Shame on them! There is another person I want to recognize. Her name is "C" for Cherish. Cherish she is. I did have "C" as my server one time and I could have talked with her all day. What a great person and such a friendly personality. The staff seemed to really enjoy her company. I too felt like we both were split at birth. Thank you Fabio. Thank you "C" Cherish. What a nice family atmosphere. Cant forget Chris ..... the awesome manager. Kudos to everyone!! Thank you for your kind service!
This was the first time patronizing this restaurant, and the customer service was top-notch. Upon entrance, the party was greeted and seated by very friendly staff. Our waitress introduced herself and took our orders. Our items arrived, and unfortunately, the Chicken & rice soup was not good. It was bland in taste with the consistency of a thick stew; the fruit cup was arrayed with mushy strawberries. The Roast beef on the grilled sandwich was cold, while the tomatoes were hot. I will not be returning because of the food. Todd & Shelly's is a much better choice for fresh Farm to Table menu items.
Wow was this good. I had the best ever chimichanga without the sausage and chicken. Nice waitstaff. Everything went well. Can’t wait to return. ❤️ First Watch!
First watch, Central Park, Fredericksburg, Va. The parking lot was packed and the wait was about 20 minutes. They were understaffed, there were plenty of available tables that remained empty throughout our time there.
We ordered a side of million dollar bacon - it was okay. I had the sausage gravy biscuit, two eggs easy over, fried potatoes. One sliced biscuit, stacked, with barely enough gravy for one half biscuit. Nothing special about the gravy, but the biscuit was very good. The potatoes were undercooked and over-salted. My table mate had the maple croissant sandwich, with potatoes. She said the sandwich was worthy of 3 stars, the potatoes were undercooked. The coffee was decent but had grounds in it. The service was fine. We both left half the food on our plates, no desire to carry it home or return for another visit. For $55+tip for breakfast for 2, you'd like to be able to write a better review.
We arrived an were seated relatively quickly, since the restaurant was less than half full. Once we were seated, we waited quite a while to be greeted by our server. We placed our drink order and waited quite a while for, water, coffee and a coke to arrive. We then waited for the waitress to come to get our order. Once we placed or order, we then waited quite a while for simple things. After a while the waitress arrived with 4 of the 7 things we ordered. Serving only 2 of the 3 guests at our table. Two of the items we ordered (well cooked bacon) came our rare and quite raw. Waitress took the bacon and returned with it a few minutes later with it cooked correctly. Yet I still wait, My side of country sausage gravy arrived (odd that it was not a cream based gravy but it was ok yet very spicy (not mentioned in the menu). And I still wait for my smoked salmon eggs benedict. It finally arrives and I cut into it and the egg is hard cooked and the ciabatta roll was hard as a rock. I asked the waitress if I can get some soft cooked eggs. She said sure, I will take the plate and bring back the potatoes so you can eat something while you wait. Mean while my 2 guests were done with there food
We received delicious food two weeks ago and since we had to be out early today we wanted to get the same. Well the potatoes were burnt and left from yesterday my biscuit and gravy was old and had been reheated a dozen times and the coffee that I especially looked forward to was left from Sunday and reheated too many times and was ruined' $57.00 for this breakfast for two I was really disappointed. It was bad. Old people given anything and supposed to be happy. Well I am not I deserved fresh
I give the Fairborn Ohio location a zero Bacon burnt and greasy. Waffles cold. The one waitress act like she did not want to serve us. Do not go to this restaurant. Prices high, food bad
If you like half done biscuits then this is the place the food was under cooked m, they gave me a glass of hot tap water and the food was terrible
Breakfast was could, when you order eggs and bacon is supposed to be hot and not cold, I really got disappointed this time, they take long and serve cold breakfast, I order Avocado toast and wasn't like I expected, they have to improve quality because prices are not low.
A fly cooked in my pancake. Made me so sick to my stomach. I returned the food back to the facility and the manager gave me a gift card. I called your corporate office and left a message 5/10/2024 for someone to return my call.
I came here for the first time in Wellington, Florida only to have a large HAIR at the bottom of my dish. They took care of the bill but still left geeling sick and disgusted.
My husband and I went to FW for brunch. Service was good, clean restaurant. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 strips bacon, water. My husband ordered a plain French toast, 2 strips bacon, water. $36 pricy but I had a BOGO birthday which took $11 off bill.
The food didn't taste good to us. The bacon microwaved. Our throats began to close up so left half of our meals. We try to eat organic and non GMO and this food did not agree with us. Don't think we will be back.
Wouldn't come and get our order kept looking at us and pointing and would not come over they were nice at the front won't go back agian
The atmosphere is terrible, so loud that you can't have a conversation or even understand the waitress. The food is terrible, absolutely the worst omlette I have ever tried. Nothing inside and lettuce and spinach as a side. I tried the bread but it was so chewy that I wouldn't waste the carbs on it. Gross at best! I really should have refused the "meal" and crossed the parking lot to McDonald's, my day would have been better. I ended up pouring half a bottle of Cholula on the omlette and eating it. I left the salad and the bread and stopped by a McDonalds on the way home. This marvelous experience cost about $15. (Not counting the McDonald's meal) what a shifty experience, don't go there unless your taste BUDS are dead and you love to suffer!
When I received what I ordered. Which was the avocado toast. The avocado was brown I expressed my dislike. The waiter was polite. Took the order and brought back more brown avocado toast I was done and tried to look past that quality of which was beyond poor.
The general manager at this location is Araceli Salgado 2799 Katy freeway suite 110 Houston to *******
Second complaint The hostess tried sitting me in the back of the restaurant I stopped her and did not like where I was being seated technically my first complaint should have been second and second should have been 1st… So all and all my experience was horrible. Here is a copy of my receipt. That I had to ask for. The Hostess was not as good as she could have been
My husband and I, plus friends sometimes, visit First Watch most Sundays. I have some tricky dietary needs that they are able to meet. The food is ALWAYS great, the servers are friendly, hard working, and try to get to know their clients. EVERYONE makes sure we feel special. Matthew was our server this past week and he was great Thanks everyone for a job well done!
Livia and the food were amazing! We always make it a point to come here every Saturday morning, their menu is extensive
Our waitperson was ok, very business like. No smile etc. Food-thumbs down. OJ? Strange mixture of bottled juices-yucky. Pancake looked and tasted like cardboard-gross sausage-shoe heel, steel cut oaks. Not cooked, gummy, and absolutely no flavor. Very disappointing! You need a cook asap.
Ordered the Farmhouse Hash with scrambled eggs. What I received was some eggs that were cracked on the griddle with the yolks broken...causing bits of cooked yolk and white separated. This affects the taste dramatically. It was a huge turn-off, and I couldn't eat the eggs. The rest of the hash was nothing special at all, some overcooked tomato and undercooked onions, bacon, and brown avocado. The toast wasn't toasted... nothing was seasoned at all, so it was bland enough to be served as at a nursing home. Orange juice was bitter, mostly orange peel flavor.
Customer service emailed me to say someone from their leadership would contact me, but that has never happened. They don't care about their customers!
Great experience! Wonderful staff, wholesome menu and reasonable pricing. Interesting concept of fresh foods to start the day.
Wanted to substitute dressed greens for the bread on the Avacado Toast entree. No flexibility - would not do it!
Julie provides 5 star service at First Watch. One point and attentive customer service. Anticipates what may be needed, reliably checks in to confirm things are good
Very disappointed with the Annapolis first watch your host Chrissy or cristy today she didn't even had a name tag so profesional not the best customer service skills a bad attitude and talking back to a customer so sad had to wait a 1hour and 15 minutes everybody else that came behind me got to sit in a table I was still eating is it fair no and approach her to ask her in a nice way she was talking under her breath and gave me attitude not the grate employee to have there working with the public so disappointed
She now goes by the name of Kristen Bartolomeo who should not be working at first watch as an employee she will only manipulate the people that she works with and she will steal money from the customers by changing the tip amounts on the customers receipts. Customers that charge their debit or credit card Kristen will alter the tip amount on the customers receipts. She brags about how she does this and how she makes so much money in tips.
She does this at every waitressing job she had.
I love this place. The food is great. Staff friendly. I met the manager today. Very nice guy. My favorite place to eat.
Kitchen staff YELLS out every plate as it comes to the window causing the dinners to speak louder and louder to be heard by people sitting right next to them. Chuck E. Cheese filled with kids on a sugar high is a quiet oasis compared to First Watch off Hwy 42 in Louisville. As for the food the toast & jam was very good. The potatoes were average but not crisp as I had requested. The Chili Chorizo Omelet was awful! Few green chili's and good luck finding the tiny bits of Chorizo but OMG the ton of onions. YUCK! I won't go back.
Saw "Original eggs BENEDICT" on the menu, one of my favorites. It is original if you don't like real eggs Benedict. Shaved ham on bread with sliced tomato, poached eggs were done right, not sure about the yellow sauce on top. First and last time for me at First Watch. Yuck!
Great service and good food! I came in between class and was in and out in 30 minutes! My server emily killed it!
I was already for a great breakfast on 4/19/22 until we met the hostess, Unfriendly and sarcastic we left
