Apparently the best way to battle a few bad reviews is to have your friends leave a bunch of 5 star on the same day. Don't buy the lie. Groovin Fulfillment on their website promises direct from manufacturer products. The items they sold me were knock offs and old out dated items. The Hollister ostomy barriers for medical use were so old the adhesive didn't work in many cases. The One Size spray is not authentic according to Amazon. Buyer beware.

After listing the product, Amazon requested documentation to verify the source and authorization. I contacted Groovin Fulfillment multiple times for the required documents, but what was provided did not meet Amazon's standards.

As a result, my Amazon seller account was deactivated. This left me with unsellable inventory, loss of selling privileges, and significant financial damage.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the lack of a workable solution. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was unable to obtain documentation that satisfied Amazon's requirements or resolve the issue in a meaningful way.

Based on my experience, sourcing inventory without fully verifiable documentation can carry serious risks for online sellers. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly confirm documentation standards required by their selling platform before purchasing.
