I was extremely nervous after seeing all the reviews on here after I had ordered. I tried to cancel with Sergio but it was too late so I just had to wait, I ordered the Ferrari biker jacket, it came after only a couple of weeks. Honestly I am so impressed! It looks exactly like the photo the quality seems really good to be fair, it does come from China not America but for the price I’m not complaining. I’m going to say I could be one of the lucky ones but don’t be completely put off by all the reviews clearly something are decent

They ripped me off because the jackets I received were the wrong size and had the tags cut off. They're thieves, and I plan to report them. No one answers, and it's impossible to return the items. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

I ordered my jacket about a month ago, I received a confirmation that “they are doing quality checks” or something similar. I waited and waited and the jacket never arrived. I sent an Email asking when my jacket can be delivered and Sergio responds saying “order has been successfully cancelled” and money will be refunded. THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED!! This is definitely a scam !!

Professional customer support and great product quality

This company is a scam. The picture on the website showed a high-quality sweatshirt. In reality, I received a no name brand sweatshirt with the logos ironed onto the sweatshirt. It was low quality, oversized, and completely not what was pictured on the website. SHAM!

The Ferrari jacket completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is absolutely amazing, the materials feel premium, durable and very comfortable to wear. Every detail looks perfect, and the jacket fits incredibly well. It honestly looks even better in person than in the pictures.

You can immediately tell that a lot of care went into the craftsmanship. The colors are vibrant, the logos are beautifully finished, and the jacket definitely stands out. It’s comfortable for everyday wear while still feeling like a real statement piece for any Ferrari fan.

Shipping was fast, the jacket arrived in perfect condition, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely order from Jackets4Racing again. Highly recommended!

A really nice extra was the small gift included with the order. They added a keychain and some Formula 1 sponsor stickers, which was an awesome surprise. Small details like that make the whole experience feel much more special and show that they truly care about their customers. Really appreciated it!

Not at all what was advertised.

I got no tracking, but the product did eventually show up. It smelled like death and was a cheap plastic with a bad print, not even cotton, let alone the quality promised. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered from them on April 8. It says my parcel was delivered on 27th. I was home the whole day and never seen anyone delivered my parcel. Funny thing it says delivered 00:46. Yeah delivered 12:46am in the morning. I am promised they will replace my order with another. Let's see. If I dont get this again, I am disputing this directly from my bank. For now, i am really disappointed with this company

I received my BMW William Edition jacket after 21 days, and honestly, I’m very disappointed. The product quality and fabric feel extremely cheap and nowhere near what you would expect for an €80 item.

I mainly ordered it just to see how it looks and to check the material quality, but it did not meet expectations at all. The fabric feels low-grade, and based on my experience, I can easily guess where and how it’s manufactured.

On top of that, there is even a missing stitch/sewing in one area, which clearly shows poor quality control.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from jacket4racing if you’re expecting decent quality.

Absolutely terrible quality. The hoodie is made from cheap synthetic material, nothing like advertised — completely misleading pictures. It even arrived with a bad smell. Customer service is awful and refused to refund. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I have just received this product and it is not as advertised I wanted a washed out redbull hoodie and when It has came the hoodie is very thin and cheep along with it just being printed on washing instead of properly done

Horrible. Dropshipping. Hoodie was not 100% cotton but 100% synthetic cheap material. Hoodie isn't even wearable it's that bad... Sizing is completely off as well. Product is entirely something different from picture. Shame because hoodie had a lot of potential if legit. I know it's tempting but don't be fooled.

I saw the Porsche jacket while scrolling on Instagram and knew that I had to have one. I placed the order and the jacket arrived on a month or so. Unfortunately the sleeves were a little short and I realized that I needed an XL instead of a large. I sent an email to find out how to return/exchange it and immediately received a reply from Sergio Robinson. I was concerned because I saw that the number of jackets was dwindling. Sergio stayed engaged and answered each of my messages providing updates. I began to become concerned when i hadn't received the replacement after 6 or 7 weeks. Sergio found out that is was being held at customs and was undeliverable. He then made sure another jacket was ordered and shipped. I was very happy when I finally received the jacket. Great customer service! I can't wait to wear it!

It’s a scam.

Product is wildly different from what’s advertised.

Ordered what I thought was a heavyweight hoodie.

What arrived was something made of Very Thin 100% synthetic material, sizing was equivalent to wearing a bin bag (no shaping) and the colour of the hoodie and printed graphics were way off from what’s shown on their site.

Tried returning, but since they ship directly from the factory (Somewhere in Asia) the return costs (which you have to pay) are extortionate.

Just another crappy drop shipper scamming people to make a quick buck.

The product I received was completely different from what was advertised. The hoodie is made of very cheap, low-quality synthetic material, and on top of that, it stinks!
What’s even worse is their customer service. After I opened a dispute case with PayPal, they tried to convince me to CLOSE the PayPal case in order to receive a refund. This is a well-known tactic and puts the buyer at risk, as closing the case removes your protection.
They claim they cannot process a refund while the case is open, which is simply not true. This felt like a clear attempt to mislead me and avoid accountability.
Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality is unacceptable, the product is misleading, and their practices are questionable.

Nothing like the pictures, I should have checked on here before I purchased the hoodies, school boy error. Cheap material nothing like what I bought from the website, and they stink of something horrid as well.
Probably not going to be able to send them back either as it says returns not accepted on sale items, which brings me to think it’s all a big scam as everything is always in the sale!!

If I had been in a rush to receive the jacket, the pretty long time till delivery would have been bothersome. Fortunately, I ordered it well ahead of granddaughter's birthday, so no anxiety. And the company kept me posted on progress. But the jacket is a phenomenally high quality product. My granddaughter will LOVE it.

I ordered a jacket with the expectation of 2–3 day express delivery, only to end up waiting an entire month. During that time, I emailed the company dozens of times and received little to no response. Their customer service is extremely poor and completely unhelpful.

When the jacket finally arrived, it was the worst jacket I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the photos on their website. The stickers were already peeling off and the material was fraying, making it look cheap and poorly made. The quality is absolutely terrible.

I am genuinely disgusted by both the product and the lack of customer service. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this company at all costs — DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If there were an option to give 0 stars, that’s exactly what I would have chosen.

I ordered a jacket over 1 month ago it has taken a month to come even though there delivery time says 5/7 days shipping. I contacted them multiple times for shipping updates and was ignored and I requested a refund multiple times and I was ignored and eventually the jacket come however it’s very cheap quality and it stinks! Ordered a Yamaha hoodie. I received a an extremely poorly made hoodie. For the price I paid I did not expect a copy and an item made and dispatched from china.
Delivery took just less than a month. It says delivery 5-7 working days via royal mail. The bit they miss out is it is shipped over and has to go through customs first.
Now having to return the item which will take another month.
Do not buy from this company. They are scammers

It took a month for the item to arrive, with extremely slow tracking updates, sometimes a week with no update. The item finally arrived at the quality is horrible. Do not recommend this company at all.

The hoodie is a disaster and a huge scam. The fact that you run an online shop with such a conscience is really terrible! Please just give up! Thank you!

I orderd Ducati hoodie and received the cheap looking garbage intsead.
Missing logos, cheap shiny fabric, and overall terrible quality.
Looks like a knock-off instead of the actual product shown on the site.

Nearly a month later and my order still hasn’t arrived. Customer service offered no real help beyond “we’ll look into it.” Extremely frustrating experience — avoid at all costs.

Bought a hoodie for my son!! Absolutely shocking the quality of the hoodie! Its like a worst fake ever, although im sure this company isn't meant to be making fake goods!! Its a really really cheap hoodie, printing on this is unbelievable.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They state to be based in Albuquerque, United States, however, are based in Shenzhen, China, and operate via SunYou, which is a major Chinese logistics provider.

After weeks of waiting, my items finally arrived, but looked nothing like the items being advertised. I sent them images of what I received, then went back and forth with them via email, through their fake customer service advisor, named Sergio.

I made it clear that I would be reporting them to Mastercard via a section 75 chargeback and to UK Trading Standards. They were then quick to process a refund. However, they failed to address any of my questions around false advertising, counterfeit goods, brand trademarks, infringement, product quality, lack of labels and swing tags, size discrepancies, etc.

If you have purchased anything from them, be direct and pursue them for a refund. If you haven't, then avoid, avoid, avoid - they are Chinese scammers who are very obviously selling counterfeit items.

Claim the profile to correct facts, answer reviews and apply for verification. Claiming is free.
