Déçu de ce magasin, aucune considération pour le client magasin à éviter au maximum déçu et plus que déçu
J’ai malheureusement vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec ce magasin.
J’avais acheté un blouson et, dix jours plus tard, j’ai voulu l’échanger après avoir constaté un petit défaut d’aspect. Le produit n’avait jamais été porté.
Lors de ma demande d’échange, on m’a accusé à tort d’avoir abîmé l’article, puis le responsable m’a contacté pour me proposer de le reprendre seulement à condition que je ne puisse plus faire d’échange à l’avenir. Le ton était condescendant et j’ai eu le sentiment d’être traité comme un client fautif alors que j’étais de bonne foi.
Je trouve cette attitude inacceptab
Je suis revenu dans ce magasin pour acheter deux chemises, dont une étiqueté à-30%, arriver à la caisse on m'explique que cela ne marche pas ! J'ai donc laissé les articles a la caisse et je suis parti.

Mon épouse et moi récupérons un pantalon de costume après retouche. La vendeuse pli en hâte le pantalon, le glisse dans un sac et nous repartons.
Mon épouse déplie le pantalon pour qu'il ne soit pas froissé dans la voiture et constate un accroc sur la jambe droite du pantalon.
Nous retournons au magasin et signalons le problème. Après constat du défaut, la taille 48 n'étant plus en stock on nous demande de repasser dans une semaine et laissons le pantalon pour la longueur de la retouche.
On repasse au magasin au bout d'une semain
1 commande passée en octobre 2020 et 1 en décembre 2020, site très sérieux, achats réguliers aussi en boutique depuis 3 ans, dans les 2 cas, la qualité est toujours au RV et excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande en toute impartialité.
