I ordered shirts a size larger than normal due to reports they were often undersized.
The shirts were still punishingly small. Closer to two sizes smaller in length. I tried to get a refund or exchange but despite acknowledging their website had incorrect return information at the time I ordered, they refused to support the policy as listed. A terrible experience all around.

I wanted a shirt for my wedding, long sleeve. I looked for the sleeve length but the only measurements listed were for short sleeve. So I emailed customer service, and they responded promptly with the measurements and an apology for the lack of info. When I received the shirt the fit was slightly off, so
I emailed again to inform them that the sleeves were shorter than anticipated. The same day, I was emailed an apology and offered a free replacement without having to return my original order. Shopping online is a hassle for me, I am a tall guy. But this company was more accommodating than most retail storefronts and definitely more than most online retailers. I received my replacement today, and the fit is great! Thank you Kalvero!

quality is gross. tried to return and the email they give did not work.

Poor fit and terrible quality! Also, unable to return because no response to emails or phone calls.

The typical Chinese workshop with nice renders in its site but poor quality in its clothes.
If you try to print a gif in a 3840x2160 canvas that’s similar to the print quality in this shirts.
Also, they offer “100%” cotton pieces but you get some cheap fabric, bad printed and bad sized shit, with 0 quality control.
