After being a customer for over 10 years, I've got to say I'm absolutley disgusted with how this company has handled a large amount of faulty items we've received.
Photos of said faulty items were emailed over to then be told we needed to return them (which is fine) however at the cost to us, so we pointed this out and they agreed to sort collection by dpd. Parcel of faulty items was ready to collect from our offices where staff were there all day, dpd didn't bother to come into the building to collect faulty items so kwc are trying to charge us for collection despite dpd being at fault and wo
Deliver paid for next day didn’t arrive until 5 days from order placed.
Pj shorts sets are just the shorts and t sets renamed and shorts far to thick and uncomfortable around the waist for sleeping in.
