My order is on time and the quality of the product is very good.

I made a test purchase so I wouldn’t have to invest a large amount of money right away in products from a supplier I hadn’t dealt with before.
One of the three items arrived damaged. I contacted support, and they asked me to provide photos, the invoice number, and the product name (including the SKU).
After I did that, they didn’t respond for several days. After I sent a request to check the status of this case, I was again asked to provide details about the damaged product. I provided the details again and waited, but once again, no one responded for a week.
I emailed them again to find out the status of the case.
As a result, I haven’t heard back from anyone for a long time, and they’re simply ignoring me.

I don’t recommend doing business with them, as you might receive damaged goods and no one will refund your money.

The service was superb! The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived in about 10 business days from the time I placed my order, which was great. I’ve always considered Kole Imports & Closeouts my go-to for bulk purchases because of their reliable products and fast service.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that previous purchases didn’t require a minimum order amount, but now there is a minimum requirement. I had to search for additional items just to meet the minimum, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I’m very pleased with my overall experience and the quality of service received.

I ordered Blank Note cards with joy. I find so many are shifted to the point I can't use them. They were stacked, so part of the edges have been bent. Making the top layer not able to adhere. For the price, I was able to continue my stress crafting. I did not bother to call them because they don't answer the phone. It needs to be stated for future sales.

Yes, they will reimburse me. But what I need are just six more items. I cannot order them because I’m not at the ordering threshold. It’s a huge issue!!

This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I've been really pleased with my experience so far. For some reason the 2nd order's tracking link just sent me to the main usps page so I emailed Saturday asking for assistance and received a new link in a reply first thing Monday. I had seen other reviews saying they had trouble getting a response from customer service before I ever ordered but I didn't have a bit of a problem personally. The only complaint I could think of is the nail polish I ordered in my first order had a decent amount that were totally dried up but it wasn't enough to bother reporting it so I've just steered away from ordering polish from them but otherwise it's been a great experience so far. Here's to hoping it stays that way! Give em a try I would say you'll be glad you did.

Kole Imports are great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the Minimum Order Requirement is a deterrent for me to be able to buy more frequently.

I play Santa every year, so I'm always on the lookout for bulk items to include in the kids' gift bags. Kole has some unique items that really add a spark of joy to their faces! The products arrived early and were packed beautifully. 100% love Kole Imports!

The products that I ordered, were not the products I received.

Every time I order anything glass, it's never packed properly.
This time there were 8 coffee presses in a box with a 5' ladder.
Why?
I've been disappointed before, but now I'm almost angry.
They are always conveniently out of stock, so that replacement's can't be sent.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kole Imports. After placing my order and making full payment, I faced multiple problems:

No Proper Invoice Provided: Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide a commercial invoice. This prevented me from proceeding with my Amazon FBA ungating and shipment plan.

Order Delays & Miscommunication: My order was kept on hold for a long time without proper updates. Instead of solving the problem, they kept sending me generic responses and links to their “FBA Guide” which did not help.

Financial Loss & Harassment: Because they didn’t give the required invoice, I couldn’t sell the products I had paid for. This caused unnecessary delays, financial loss, and stress.

Lack of Support: Their customer service was unhelpful and failed to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

I expected professionalism from a wholesale supplier, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them again and I cannot recommend them to other Amazon sellers.

I've ordered bulk items from Kole Imports several times now and I have always had a positive experience. Items arrive within a reasonable amount of time, and the order process is easy. I only gave 4 stars because I am typically ordering cases of hand mirrors and there are always a few mirrors broken when they arrive. Not sure if there is a way to fix this problem. I also work for a non-profit and wish there was an option for tax exempt grantees to receive this discount. Overall, I would recommend this business because they are one of the few places I can find affordable hand mirrors in bulk.

We ordered items for school fundraiser prizes. The customer service was great and the kids loved the items! When it was time to reorder it was a breeze!

I arrived home to find my boxes here. I have to admit that not getting them on the phone was scary. It just shows they are working on orders. When my next order is placed, I will do it early like this one. I am a happy camper and I love their warehouse. It is fresh and clean. You know it by smelling your goods. I strongly advise against purchasing from Kole Imports due to their utterly unreliable customer service. I spent over 2 hours trying to reach their support team, calling multiple phone numbers and extensions, including toll-free and local lines, but no one ever answered. I even attempted to contact them directly via WhatsApp, only to have my messages ignored. This complete lack of response is incredibly discouraging and makes it impossible to trust a company that fails to provide basic support.

I had a highly frustrating experience with Kole Imports due to their unclear and inconsistent process for providing documentation needed for Amazon FBA ungating. Their FAQ suggests that a $500 purchase is sufficient for specially prepared invoices, but their customer service later demanded a $1,000 minimum, creating confusion and distrust. Additionally, neither the FAQ nor their help section clarifies when invoices or authorization letters are issued, leaving customers uncertain about receiving critical documents.
