Bad - shirts advertised as cotton linen but arrived 95% polyester 5% spandex which I can not wear. I am in the process of trying to get a refund and a way to send them back. Slow slow slow

Still not recieved the tee shirt and shorts. I tried to cancel and get my £32 back but they said i couldn't. Dreading receiving them, if I ever do, because going by the reviews they are going to be horrendous in every way.
First and definitely the last time I buy from these shadowy, dodgy people.

The pants described as "cotton-linen blend" arrived with a tag that says "95% polyester 5%elastane. They tottally synthetic and hot to wear. Don't believe anything this company advertises. I have sent several requests to return them and they keep offering me 10% off on another purchase! No thank you.

awful quality, and awful service. They don't refund unless you pay for shipping and its quite expensive. i suggest you make a hole in it, take a picture and pray that they take it back

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Linen Denim and would strongly caution others before purchasing.

I placed an order totalling $137 USD in good faith, relying on the positive Google reviews and the clearly stated return/refund policy advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the items I received were not as described. The fit was poor, the colours differed noticeably from the website images, and the canvas jacket was so stiff and uncomfortable it was difficult to even try on.

What has been most frustrating is the complete refusal to honour their own return policy. Instead of providing return authorisation and confirming a refund, I was repeatedly offered small “goodwill” gestures — first $10 USD, then 15% of the order value, along with discount codes for future purchases. I made it very clear multiple times that I did not want partial compensation or discounts; I simply wanted to return the items for a full refund as per their policy.

The process felt like constant delay tactics designed to avoid accepting a return. I was even told I would likely need to pay substantial international shipping to return items that were not as described in the first place.

Worse mateiral ever, I bought two pants, one of them mas extra extra small, it wouldn't fit a child, de second one fit perfect but with 3 wears it started to disintegrate. The material feels so cheap, the pictures are clearly fake and reviews section on the web are also fake. All in all, it is a scam, I wish I had never bought them.

I bought 2 pairs of trousers. Yhe address on the website was western Australia The garments only arrived some weeks later and came from China. Both were meant to be the same size but clearly were very different sizes. I sent photos and measurements. One pair was a lot smaller and didn’t fit. They blamed me for the sizing, said there was nothing wrong with the size, refused to replace them and offered a 15% discount on them which was pointless as they are too small. Do NOT use this website.

Appalling! My jersey was the wrong colour, the elbow patches were sewn INSIDE the elbows and the shape was completely different to the photo! In fact, the wrong, most poorly constructed jersey altogether!

Do not order anything from this company. They will send you something you did not order. Wrong size, colour, and fabric. Pants were over 120.00 Canadian and now I can not get the company to replace the pants they sent me with what I ordered. Total scam.

I bought some items that looked very nice in the pictures. I had to wait a long time for the shipping, I had not realised they came from China. When they arrived the size was totally wrong and the quality awful. Not worth sending back, I really feel there should be a law making sellers specify the country of origin. Just another scam!

The products I ordered where not what I received, not the same fit, colour, material, length of sleeves etc,,, The company refused a full reimbursement even after i agreed to pay to return the items. 15 e-mails later they stopped communicating. I had to get reimbursed by my credit card card company and I made an official complaint. There should be a canada wide registry for companies like this that are clearly fraudulant.

FRAUD! SCAM! ITEMS WORTH LESS THAN €3 SOLD FOR €50. THEY DON´T DO REFUNDS. THEY DON´T REPLY TO E-MAILS. THEY OPERATE SEVERAL ´FASHION´ WEBSITES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES.

Still receiving messsges from this company about the wrong pants they sent me. They are not offering a decent solution. Bottom line I either want a full refund or I want the pants I ordered. So far what they are offering me is completely unacceptable. Don’t order anything from this company

I am currently in a back-and-forth with this company about exchanging my order for a larger size. This totally normal request is receiving a lot of pushback. They said that it would cost too much to exchange the pants because their factories are overseas, and offered me a 10% refund, to keep the pants that don't fit properly. First, the $6 refund doesn't even cover the original shipping cost that I incurred. Secondly, their design studio is located in WA state. All that to say, their refusal to accommodate a basic exchange request gives me the impression that this company may not be reputable.

Both items I ordered were not like the description or photo. Denim pants were supposed to have an elastic waist. It didn't have an elastic waist. The shirt was not the same style and was supposed to have white buttons. The buttons were navy. A second pair of pants were skimpy, did not have the loose feel of the photo. Do not buy from this vendor. Oh yea -- offered 15% refund. Bah Umbug.

Absolutely shonky! Ordered 3 items. All were the wrong colour, not what I ordered, and not the fabric that I chose as well. DO NOT ORDER FTOM THIS SHONKY OUTFIT!

I ordered two items. A $80 jacket and $50 pants.
It took a month for them to arrive. So please understand shipping and delivery can take forever.
The quality of clothes was ok. Could be better but not as bad as per other reviews. But jacket was a bit tight. I pleaded muktiple times with customer service to exchange it for better size or return it. But the standard robotic response was it was my mistake so most they will do is give 10% refund with an option to buy something else in the future at discount.
I believe this is not a good way to do business.
I would sadly never buy anything from this company. I have shopped from other companies from Asia before with far better experience.

Made an order mid December 2025. A month and a half later after multiple emails company said my order had been delivered. It had NOT. I then spent time trying to track the shipping company which was a scam, did not exist. I sent another email to the company that happened to be operating out of Hong Kong that I would report them to my bank as fraudulent. I received a few weeks later an order that I did not originally make with two items with different labels from other clothing companies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered and paid for 2 items at the beginning of January 2026. The tracking says they arrived in the UK a few weeks later. To date I have not received them. I have sent lots of emails, some of them were answered but obviously not by anyone who read the previous ones. I have been given the run around. Today they replied again telling me to contact the carrier and gave me contact details but email address for them doesn’t work. They refuse to refund me they just say the products were shipped and seem to think that is enough to keep my money. Appalling customer service.

After waiting over a month for my order, I discover that it was stuck in the depot and was failed to be delivered due to an "incomplete receiver's adresse"! I know that's not true because I still have a copy of the order form. I asked for a refund but they only want to refund me partially 47$ instead of the 61$69 that I paid! Seriously dishonest! From top to bottom dishonest!

Absolute rubbish. Item looked nothing like ones ordered. Quality was poor. Wish I’d read reviews before buying anything.

Items are not what I ordered at all. Photos on website are very deceiving. I have emailed to return items so will see what the response is. I should have come here first before I placed my order.

Worst of the worst of the worst of the worst. Apparently, this company will send you whatever is lying around and may kind of look like the items you ordered from their online selection. When I asked for a return and refund I spent weeks trying to break through their lame AI responses. After I refused a number of offers for small discounts, they agreed to a final offer to refund the net amount of the products that in no way matched what I ordered. Well, that's not exactly true--they were all pants. However, they simply never processed the refund. Nice. I think I found out why. I paid through PayPal, believing that PayPal would protect my purchase. Turns out, PayPal protects the transaction, which is how they make their bank. Still waiting on that refund, Linendenim. And no longer using PayPal. Don't waste your time. Linendenim is the worst of the worst of the worst and PayPal is their best friend. Rikki is a liar.

Do not use. They sent a pair of trousers that were totally differnt from advertised picture. Additionally, I ordered a large and they sent an extra small. All took a long time to arrive. When i tried to get a refund they refused on the basis that they 'supplied the goods'. The did offer a 20% discount on further goods - no refund on initial item It would be madness to buy more from them. This is a chinese scam company

I received my order yesterday. The item received is very disappointing. The color is different and the sizing inaccurate. The fabric is cheap and the garment looks very different from the item pictured on your website.
I would like to return this item for a full refund.

I was curious about the many reviews with warnings about receiving inferior goods that didn't match their orders, so I thought I'd look into it before ordering myself. A simple google AI search of any linendenim product photo from their site with the name replaced (e.g. "coat.jpg) will inform you where the photo was originally posted, notably Pinterest, rongshop.com (also a scam) or etsy.com. The product photos are stolen. The site is a SCAM.

I finally received the jacket I ordered from you 2 long months ago, and I’m totally dissappointed with your product, because it looks and feels nothing like it’s online photos.First of all, it doesn’t even have a brand label or a tag, as if it had been fabricated in a phantom factory. And while the jacket pictured online looks soft and vintage, made of cotton or linen, the jacket I received is made of polyester and has an unnatural. I washed it trying to give it a fader look but it came out intact, like hard plastic. It’s a total misrepresentation of the product. Your advertising feels totally false.

The item was advertised and sold as cotton/linen, but the shirt I received is made of polyester and spandex. Crap.

Nothing close to Denim, just polyester.
Completely different cut.
