Good communication and easy process to deal with.

I was in touch with Patrick about making my small business insolvent. It’s a tough landscape to navigate but Patrick was by far the most helpful and most genuinely honest. I was in the fortunate position where I didn’t have to take this option in the end however Patrick wanted me to make sure on certain points before proceeding and I’m glad I did. I’m very grateful for Patrick’s honesty and guidance as others weren’t so honest and bit more pushy.

Although I actually never needed to use their services,Kirsty was very helpful from the beginning explaining my options and generally being very helpful and honest.

I have been really really disappointed with this company. Given me no guidance. Originally out a 1* review on and they asked me to take it down and would help me. Surprise surprise they have gone back to no communication. I have called, emailed and texted and nothing received. This is such a stressful time in my life. I have been without an income for 3 months and I am still non the wiser.

Although the MVL process is quite complex and potentially stressful, with all of the expertise, guidance and support provided by the Liquidation Centre, it ran very smoothly. Grace and Maisie were always on hand to answer all of the questions that came up and provided plenty of reassurance along the way too.
The final proceeds came through quickly and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Really great no judgement advice. When you are considering liquidation it can be a worrying time but Bradley really helped talk through options and gave clarity on next steps.

The process was very straightforward and very efficient. The final distribution of funds is still pending as I write, but overall I’m very pleased with the way everything has been handled by the Liquidation Centre and would certainly recommend.

I am writing this review as I feel the Liquidation Centre have gone above and beyond what I would consider a reasonable level of service.

After referral to the Liquidation Centre, I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Grace and Henry issued the initial paperwork promptly and were available by email and phone for any questions I had and this I found to be particularly comforting.

For the final stage of liquidation I was then referred to Maisie who is clearly very knowledgeable and again, was nearly always available immediately by email and phone contact and the impression I got was that she was always happy to help and advise despite bothering her a few times.

The end to end process took around a month but I think I held things up a little more than they did as there is a fair amount of paperwork to go through. However, payments and documentation were provided promptly, queries were handled in a timely and helpful manner and their fees are in my view very reasonable so I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering an MVL.

I got referenced to liquidation centre by Workwell Peoples Ltd. The services has been quite quick and good. Except for the charges which seems to be high compared to other Consultants.

The Consultants should also be upfront and be detailed on what happens at each stage especially the Tax aspects. My query on BADR was not answered and they should have atleast stated that they can’t advise. Just keeping silence doesn’t help and the client could get confused.
