I purchased the lily pad shoes over a month ago and never received my order. They’ll give you the run around with any update request and a bogus tracking number. I reported their Instagram page multiple times and was pleased to see that the page was removed. Small wins cause I’m sure I will never receive my package or get my money back.

I ordered a white lace blouse on July 19, and they created the shipping label on July 20. And then, nothing. in late July I used the inquiry form on the website to ask for an update. Zero response. On August 9th I actually emailed directly to address on webpage, and received a super glib response on August 10th: "don't worry, your order will arrive in a few days [happy emoji]" Well, it never arrived. I emailed them again on August 15th, asking for a refund since it's been a month. Crickets. I think this is a scam website. Fortunately, I made the purchase on Amex, so I called them, opened an investigation and requested a chargeback.

I ordered a pair of pants months ago. No pants. No communication. Horrible service

SCAMMERS and THIEVES! I ordered my shoes on May 28th with express (4-10 day) shipping and never received my shoes or any update via customer support or the shop app on the whereabouts of my package. I was sent multiple FALSE emails alleging that my shoes would eventually arrive. 30 days later there is no sign of my package anywhere and customer support has continued to lie throughout the process. DO NOT BUY FROM LUVVETTE. This company is a complete scam and farse these companies people are disgusting money hungry liars that steal your hard earned money.

Scam! If there were less than one star as an option, I would give them less than one star. They are a scam. They used photos from Isabel Marant for Havianas falsely and then shipped me a plastic, cheap, overpriced flip flops about two months later. They don’t accept returns. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered two viral Houdini tops for $117, and neither of the tops looked anything like the ad I was served on Instagram. It was a video of a woman showcasing the tops with a pair of jeans, and she stated in the video there was a 14 day return policy. Not true - I tried to return my tops because they were way too big, terrible quality, and not what was advertised to me. The response I got was “no returns.” I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone - I’d choose SHEIN or Temu before I chose Luvvette ever again. This company is a scam and I had to get this disputed. I tried to simply replace my tops with a smaller size, and they said it was $30 to replace my two tops with the right size. So a total of $147 for two super cheap tops? F that. I hope Luvvette is shut down.

Worst quality . The photo was nothing like the pants I received. They sent me the cheapest most disgusting pair of sequin pants . No lining , scratchy fabric it was probably 12.00 worth of fabric and 20 in labor if that . They charged me 130 and I emailed for a return and got no answer 3 times. I gave the pants away/ horrible company. Do not order from them!

This scammer steals photos from legitimate websites, posts them on her own site, and sells counterfeit goods. In one specific instance, she even stole designer photos—directly from the official website—and reposted them on her own site; the photos even feature the clothing designer himself, who has absolutely no connection to this fraudulent website. I can provide 1000% of proofs that this company still photos from other brands pages and use them on their promotions, also still and copy designs of clothes, make a replica. Ready to verify all what written here. Even instagram banned their page for that.

Like other buyers, I received the cheesy UGG knock offs. When I contacted LUVVETTE, Amari from customer service wrote me to say it is the company policy not to accept returns and that all sales are final. She referred me to the company website.

Ordered the “Ugg” quality ballet and paid the Ugg price. I have several pairs of uggs as does my husband. The quality is awful of the shoe from Luvvette, and they don’t take refunds. These shoes are not wearable for me. Poor quality, poor service. I would not order from this company, and Will advise people not to either.

It took almost a month for my slippers to arrive. The tracking was a joke.. there was no update after my initial order for 3 weeks. Customer service apologized but never offered any updated info. Responses very vague. When I wanted to cancel they said all sales were final. Never doing business with them again!

LIke all the others who posted a review, I was RIPPED OFF by Luvvette. This is a scam artist company, that hopes you are foolish enough like I was, to throw your money away be giving it to them. Buyer Beware.

They advertised UGG ballet shoe style at UGG price and after waiting almost 8 weeks, I received a poor quality imitation. Only then do I find they do not take returns. I WONDER WHY?!!! I will investigate my next steps whether to file with BBB, NYS Attorney General. Will check with Amex for options. They should be in jail. No one will respond to my request for a refund.

I ordered some “Ugg “ ballet flats from Luvvette for $130. , as a gift for my wife . After about 2 weeks they arrived . They are not Ugg brand . They are cheaply make fakes , and they stink like chemicals . Warning , do not attempt to buy from them if you want real uggs !

There is nothing a counterfeit company can do to make things better, other than shut Luvvette down.Their company responds from one email one time and then the next time another. They go on until you get tired of being jerked around. Shame on them! :(

I purchased UGGS slippers through a facebook ad. There was no mention of not giving refunds or that all sales are final. However, after waiting 6 weeks what arrived was their version of an UGG slipper and it was labeled Luvvette (a cheap knock off). This is not what was advertised or what I ordered. I have written them several times and am disputing the charge on AMEX. I recently was able to get their NY address 66 W. 38th Street, NYC, NY 10018. Although the product is shipped from overseas, that’s why they take so long to come. Now that I have their address I will write to BBB and the Atttorney General. I have asked for either 2 pairs of UGGS to replace the Luvvette slippers or a refund.They are not willing to do either. They need to be shut down. I’m posting on social media to notify any buyers to not purchase anything from this company.

Beware this is a scam site. Shows Ugg logo on shoes in photo at Ugg full price. No exchanges!!!! The sizing is off, so they are totally useless. Live and learn….☹️

BEWARE❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️This company is a SCAM. DO NOT buy from them. Don’t fall for their TikTok ads!!! They are an unethical business. Shoes I bought took over 2 months to receive. The box they arrived in via USPS was filthy and damaged. I was appalled when I opened the box to find a pair of used shoes. They were not new. They were obviously worn and soiled. The soles were very dirty. The insides were dirty as well. The fur of the Uggs was matted down. And inside the box was about a dozen stones. So bizarre! I sent photos per their request. Customer service refused to accept a return and refund saying they have a no return policy. These people are crooks. The government needs to shut them down now!

Do not buy from this company. They are advertising Ugg shoes however these are knockoffs from China that are overpriced and very poor quality. They take no returns and make no refunds without exception. Fraudulent business practices. Buyer Beware!!
