I placed an order from Luxuryccic aka Luxury Harbor on Whatnot and then direct after specifically inquiring about a large Louis Vuitton piece for travel. I was assured by the seller that the item had no defects or damage. Based on their word, I made the purchase.
When the item arrived, it was in poor condition with a significant and clearly visible defect. I immediately sent photos, videos, and screenshots of the seller’s original message promising the item was flawless.
Rather than standing behind their sale or offering any kind of resolution, they blocked me without responding. When I tried to contact them again from another account, they blocked that one too. This shows a clear pattern of dishonesty and avoidance.
Luxuryccic is not a trustworthy seller. Their actions demonstrate a complete lack of integrity and accountability. If you’re considering purchasing from them, beware—they may knowingly send defective or damaged items, and once they have your money, they will disappear.
Absolutely do not recommend. Avoid this seller.
