Still in dispute with them. Cost me £30 to return items and still no refund.

Still trying to gdt my money back through Paypal. At the moment they claim the tracking details for the return are invalid even though they are and you can track it on Royal Mail.
Do not buy from this seller! They churn out cheaply made rubbish with a very high, unjustifiable mark up, reduce it to "sale" price, making it appear like a bargain. The pictures are far better than the flimsy, cheap rubbish you will receive. They ignored 2 of my emails; I raised a complaint through PayPal.
Eventually, they offered me a measly £8 partial refund on a £56 item that went straight back into its packaging the same day it arrived. Email promptly sent for a refund the same day. As it stands the "nearest" address they have offered for me to return the item to for a full refund is China!
Update, they did not reply to my request for a more local destination to return items to, paypal issued a full refund.
clearly not to be trusted - ordered and paid for a garment in Dec '20 - never arrived. No customer service replies - nothing! Really sad.
