Great t-shirts, the delivery was a bit annoying as stopped being trackable when it arrived into the UK but turned up in a couple of weeks. I will say a small is quite big for a female, im uk size 12 but its just a bit baggy but still fine, will order again as great selection

The advertised shirt was not on your website. Moreover, I chose the right size and correct color but somehow ended up with a different color shirt than I wanted.

The ordering and check out

I ordered three sweaters, and I honestly could not be more disappointed. The images printed on all three sweaters are extremely pale, grey and washed out, and look absolutely nothing like the vibrant and clear images shown on the website. The quality is nowhere near what I was led to expect when placing the order.

I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was offered 20% off my NEXT order. Why would I place another order after receiving products of such poor quality? This was obviously completely useless to me.

After several messages back and forth, I was eventually offered a 10% refund for three sweaters that I will never use. I declined.

The only other option offered was to return the sweaters at my own expense. I was also told that I would have to cover any potential customs/tax costs, and that if the package did not reach an address in China, I would apparently receive nothing back.

This is an absurd way to treat a customer. The product quality is extremely poor, the images on the website are highly misleading, and the customer service has been just as disappointing.

THe shopping experience was great, i found you on an AD on instagram with some star wars graphic tees with an excelent design, hope the quality of the shirt and the printing are the same.

Sent me terrible quality print on a t-shirt, blurry AI upscaled image with illegible text. When I complained they tried to dissuade me from returning it by telling me it was going to be expensive and take along time. Then then offered me 20% off a NEW order.

Imagine selling someone a pile of dookie and then telling them they have 20% off for MORE dookie.

update: minocustom's response to my review is more lies, they have not actually offered me a refund. they offered me 30% on a new order... and later a 15% refund.
I paid for 100% of a an unwareable shirt.

A t-shirt arrived after quite a long wait. It came up small and I wanted to do an exchange. I was told that would be at my own expense (international shipping back to China) and was strongly incentivised into taking a 30% discount on buying one a size up. The t-shirt itself is great albeit a little bit on the small side. So, a mixed bag of an experience. I recommend sizing up to save time and money.

Great quality T-shirt

This shirt I'm reviewing is one of the all time most beautiful Superman shirts I have ever seen.

So far I have ordered it in three different colors which is a great feature of this website.

I took off one star because if I search for 'Superman' on the website it doesn't find anything.

I sent the Minocustom guys an email recommending that they make this shirt findable by searching on 'Superman'.

I think Superman fans will love this design.

Good quality cloths and great prices

Highly recommend this shop , although shipping times can take a good while eg 3 weeks so be mindful of that but its worth the wait , my husband bought a few tank tops and is really pleased , really good material and the prints are fabulous, really glad we bought from here thankyou minocustom from a couple of gen x era who loves the tv fandom / pop culture stuff we are making our second order already mr and mrs dyer

I normally order from NerdyWave, but decided to give Minocustom a try. Ordered five t-shirts, getting one for free due to their offers. I was weary the sizes may not be accurate, but I'm happy to report they're a good fit and the color replication on the designs is faithful to the images on their website. The resolution of the images slightly varies from each design, but this is a mostly minor blemish. As the shirts are coming from China, it takes around two weeks to receive the shirts, which is fine. I will be ordering again I've no doubt.
