I received the controller and when I opened the box there was the usb-c wire and the pin to tight the joystick missing. Tried the controller and I noticed the right bumper (RB) was not working correctly as well. Will ask for a refund.

I had been looking for a TV for a while and found the one i wanted at OBOX. Ordering was straightforward, and the delivery went really smoothly. When it arrived, i set up it up that evening and everything worked as it should. The picture is clear and the TV has been exactly what i needed.
There was no unnecessary back and forth or stress with the order. It was and easy purchase from start to finish, and i think would use OBOX again
