Bought one Gurkha pant and two pairs of corduroy pants, male. Very speedy delivery, I got them within a week to Sweden. Very happy about the fit and overall quality, good value to price.

Quality of the product is also wonderful. To have found such service in this day and age is rare. One of the shirts was damaged in its first wash and a replacement was orgaised no questions asked. AMAZING team, wonderful communications and First Class Service.

Great customer service! I ordered a sweater and, based on the reviews, decided to size up. Unfortunately, it ended up being too big, so I reached out to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They responded right away and sent the replacement at no additional charge!

I ordered a variety of knit tops. All were excellent - good quality, fit and cute! One was more cropped for my taste and the other a little too large and bulky.

I reach out to customer service for return/exchange. Their responses were prompt and clear. I was offered an exchange for the two item. I was required to pay the difference I own in the items (which ended up being $17). I was not charged shipping. The items that didn't work out I am able to donate.

I love the retro style of their sweaters and their funky designs, I placed an order for 3 items following the sizing parameters provided, when the items were received noticed that they were a little off, one of the shirts fit nicely, but the other were "funny", I contacted customer support and they were wonderful, and offered me to replace the 2 items that didn't fit, overall shopping from oxknit was an amazing experience.

Customer service was fast and responsive.

I ordered 2 short-sleeved knit sweaters & 1 long-sleeved sweater. Their size chart told me to order a certain size, which I thought was going to be too big, but I followed their chart. Oddly enough, the long-sleeved sweater fits fine, but the short-sleeved ones were HUGE! I contacted their customer service & my issue was resolved within 24 hours. They agreed to send me the smaller size requested at no cost to me. I was very pleased with their customer service! And I LOVE the sweaters! I think they're excellent quality for being priced under $40! Would order again from them, but definitely go for a smaller size.

The clothes are amazing, the quality is great, and their customer service is awesome. I had received the wrong size and emailed them about it, and they corrected it immediately. My friends and I love this clothing store

Shipping was pretty quick considering it's coming from overseas, and the quality of the three items I ordered is great. Sizes are a bit all over the place. I ordered a small sweater (short sleeved), a medium halter-style sweater, and a small skirt. The small sweater fits great, if a little big. The medium halter was too small, and the small skirt was a little small. I contacted them through their chat bot, and received an email back after a few days. They offered to exchange the halter and told me I didn't have to send back the medium. and they gave me a 15% refund on it. The new one arrived a couple of weeks later. So good customer service, good quality, unique products, good prices. I would order a size up on items that aren't traditional sweater styles.

It takes so long for shipping. I needed to return an item once and never heard back. I stupidly ordered another item and they did get back to me. However, I needed to take photos. When you write, you have to wait for a reply. They won’t allow you to return for almost any reason and if you do try, the place is in China and you have to pay for shipping yourself. Order it from Amazon if you can. This company is a joke.

I am a huge fan of Oxknit’s 50’s and 60’s designs. I had hesitated to buy from a company that ships from China, but was really happy to find their store on Amazon. I ordered 5 from Amazon over time and was very happy with material, fit and design.
Looking over Oxknit’s own website, I found a couple of more shirts I really liked, took a deep breath and took a chance ordering from China. Glad I did.
Ordering 2 or more from the website is cheaper, especially with the discount printed on tags from previous orders, and they allow combining with markdown prices, so even with the shipping cost, comes out much cheaper than buying on Amazon.
And shipping was MUCH faster than I expected. I received the order in 5 business days (7 if you count weekend). I live in S Florida.
Customer Service (Melody) responded within hours to a concern I had about tracking number.
Overall, ordering from the website was an A-1 experience.

PS— don’t let some of their more bizarre “Portlandish” models stop you from ordering. The vast majority of their models on their videos are regular guys.

I recently made my first purchase - great quality of sweater, but sizing was a little off (runs small), so I reached out to exchange. Customer support promptly responded and has taken care of the exchange (replacement in route). I would definitely order from this company again, keeping the sizing in mind.

Really weird fit, tight across the hips and floppy around the middle. Garbage return policy.

I just love Oxknit’s creative style. And their customer service is responsive and customer friendly. It’s challenging to find the right size when you have to order without trying on the clothes! Great customer service! Prompt attention to my problem, and quick resolution.

When purchasing I had a small issue with their side charts, due to that the items I ordered were too large. I emailed their team and received a response within 24hrs and they were able to resolve it free of charge and very quickly. The quality of the items were wonderful, and the team were were very responsive and respectful. I highly recommend sizing down if you are a shorter person. :)

Love their apparel! Unfortunately, the sweater I purchased ran a little small, but customer service was very responsive and made it easy to replace with a new item. I will definitely purchase from them again!

The seller is legit. I bought trousers and a polo shirt. The trousers are ok and fit well but there is too much synthetic thread in the blend, making them overly shiny. The polo however is of poor quality; the fabric is too thin and rough around the edges. The fit of the polo is not faithful to the images; it's much wider and shapeless. Overall I don't recommend.

I ordered two shirts for my first order, and ordered the wrong size, and I contacted customer service about an exchange. I heard back immediately and was told to keep the original order due to high shipping prices. I am definitely ordering more items. Awesome experience!!!
