I found a Xbox game online and saw it was locally available at PayMore in Metairie, La.. I called the gentleman was nice and found the game in hand to make sure it was available!

I arrived at the store to two very nice gentleman one was the man I spoke to on the phone and the other was at the front desk both men were very polite and welcomed me to the store and asked what I needed right away.

This man saw the game was very worn had a few deep scratches and without me asking or any hesitation he grabbed an Xbox one to check the game to verify it worked as advertised.

The game “Driver: San Francisco for Xbox 360” worked without issue and he sold me the game, advised me on the stores 30-day return policy in case the game gave me trouble later.

He also answered a few questions I had about a PS4 controller price and about a possible original PS3 backwards compatible system I own that needs repair.

I also have a PS4 that has startup issues that will need repairs soon so I will surely be returning to this Metairie, La. location for game console repairs and a PS4 game controller or two!

I brought in my Facebook Portal+ hoping to get some money. They are discontinued and not supported anymore. They told me that they will recycle it and gave me a $20.00 gift card for recycling it. I was glad I got something and it is not going to the landfill.

Not all electronics should be taken to PayMore in Frederick. Sometimes they will do u right and other times they will screw you over. I took two Iphone XR's. One did have crack in the bottom corner of the screen, the other did not. But I was offered only $60 for the two. Complete dissappointment!! I had a really good experience with selling my Xbox One and PS4, but with these phones - in a word - SCREWED!!. Seller beware and keep your options open.

I don’t recall the store associates name, but he was awesome. Very courteous,helpful,knowledgeable and made the purchase go very smooth. My only suggestion and it nothing to do with the associate at all is clean the games and cases being resold in store. I don’t think it takes a lot of effort to do and can be done in minutes with a simple wipe down with a microfiber and the case with a damp towel. Just a little going the extra mile kinda thing ya know ?
