I purchased a pallet for $250 dollars on September 16, 2025 and on September 18, 2025 I was notified that I needed to purchase two pallets in order to receive the discounted price of $250 and was given the choice of a refund as it was their mistake. On September 18, 2025 I requested a refund and have yet to receive it.
