I had to return an item. Very pricey shipping and then they only allow store credit and you get to pay shipping costs again. My $50 shirt ended up costing $90 when all said and done. The code was in correct to get the return so it took me 3 tries and countless emails to finally order the shirt and get the money back on my return. They dont allow you to get your money back, only store credit. I will never buy from this store again. They also don't allow you to write a review on their site so it makes me wonder if they have alot of complaints and low reviews. Ugggh
The underwear that SoHo sells is very good. However, it is very difficult to have to cut off a tag that is actually sewn onto the item. There is also another tag that has to be cut off. Why?
Steer clear of this company. The "cosy knit" advertised is actually a cheap, thin polyester sweatshirt—not at all as described. When I requested a return, customer service was unhelpful, offering only a 15% refund to keep it. Otherwise, I would have to pay £30 in shipping costs to return it. I have had to involve my bank to resolve this dispute. Save your money and avoid these low-quality exports.
Ordered a cardigan sweater for my wife. Quality much more cheaply made than in the website photos and description. Also had a different fit than the advertised item. They refuse any returns. Said only store credit which isn’t easy to find on their website. It just mentions returns accepted on “unused items”. Only after you click the fine print do they clarify no returns only store credit. This is unheard of in 2025 and for a non Chinese run company. Just as shady though. Do not purchase here buy somewhere else
Purchased an item. When it arrived, a sweatshirt, it was very sheer and poorly made. Iron on plastic letters, slightly askew. Immediately started the return process to find out they only issue in store credits. No refunds.
