I am a seller. Their policy is 15% flat fee. They charged me 30%. No response from customer support. I opened the case. If you want to relist an item, you need to wait min. one week for their approval. Bad customer service.

I made two purchases in good faith ...
the first seller didn't bother to send my order ..but she got paid .the second seller sent something not even close to what was advertised /ordered...I can not get any answers and I disputed the transactions but but still nothing is resolved and im out my money

Do not but with this auction site. If there is a problem they will not offer you support or even a simple reply to your messages. They allow sellers to take advantage of buyers while they turn a blind eye. It has been a month since my transaction, a month of begging for help with emails.... no response.

Have been selling on this site for a few years, Used to be good, but realized the owner of the site was double billing us. Tried to contact him for months through the site, e-mail and phone. No response at all. Only way to stop the double billing was to stop my paypal card, and called my credit card company for the 2nd billing. No communication at all. Be careful selling on this site. When we did sell we had a 99% perfect rating ((99% positive, 530/538). Can not figure out why he would not like to rectify the problem.

Still waiting on a refund for a lot that was never shipped. Ordered middle of May waited two weeks for vendor to ship and never did so I cancelled. Needed order for a Father’s Day sale. Now waiting on refund! Will never use this site again

SimpleLot is a great site to buy wholesale items to sell, they have different varieties to choose from to add to your online store, pop up shop etc…

This is my one stop shop for wholesalers. The website is so user friendly. Great for people that are just starting and don't know what to buy and can find smaller lots to test the waters, as well as huge lots for the more experienced folks.

This is a great company to deal with. I've been buying merchandise from this site for about a year. All the sellers I have delt with are trustworthy and have quality merchandise.

Absolutely no seller support, no customer service, dont answer ANY emails. And now they have raised their fees to be one of the most expensive marketplaces out there. You are on your own as a seller there, they dont advertise except on their instagram and facebook and yet feel they can charge higher fees than Ebay or Etsy. they are just barely under Posh and at least they handle things for you and have customer service. And traffic, I ised to be ok with the lack of support on this site when the fees were not ridiculous. And now they have asked me to write a review- so here you go an HONEST review. 15%PLUS PayPal fees for just a so so marketplace, no advertising and no support is not competitive. That's more than Ebay and at least they have traffic.
