I’ve ordered a number of replica kits from Soccer Ball Officia and, to be fair, some of the more popular team kits have been great for the price.

However, the smaller teams and rarer shirts are a completely different story. The quality of some I’ve received has been absolutely shocking. They look like cheap copies, the quality and finish are nowhere near what’s advertised, and quite honestly, you wouldn’t be seen wearing them.

The biggest frustration is when you try to get the problem sorted. Customer service appears to be nothing more than automated/robot responses that don’t actually look at your photos, understand your complaint or properly address the issue. You just seem to go around in circles.

It’s incredibly disappointing because the prices and range of kits available could make this a fantastic place to buy from. Unfortunately, having a huge selection means nothing if the rarer shirts turn up looking like poor-quality fakes and there’s nobody willing to take responsibility when they do.

When they get it right, the kits can be great. When they get it wrong, they get it very wrong — and the lack of genuine customer service makes the whole experience even worse.

EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD LET DOWN BY ISSUES WITH LOGGING INTO PayPal to pay. Had issues last time I used the site with card cloning so wanted to use PayPal.

I ordered 2 shirts on 04th August and they arrived 13th August. Excellent quality and perfect fit. This is the 03rd time i have ordered shirts for myself and i am going to order 1 for my son, wont buy from anywhere else. 😁
