A liquidator on record for closeout dealer. That is what the registry holds about the goods.
The registry records Southeastern Salvage at 2940 Knoxville Center Drive, Knoxville, TN — the address on the company's public footprint. Shipping terms are agreed with the supplier; Closo does not quote them here.

What the registry holds about the goods. Facts it can check — address, domain, payment methods — feed the score.
Every supplier is scored from 0 to 100 on facts we can check ourselves — not on what the company says about itself. The same checks run for everyone, the method is published in full, and no supplier can pay to change a score.
Ratings are quoted from Google and the Better Business Bureau as the registry found them on the dates shown. Closo does not add them to its own score; the score counts only facts it checks itself.
No reviews yet. Closo counts only reviews from a purchase it can see.

The BBB grades how a company answers complaints and how long it has been in business; it does not test the goods. A rating alone is not a verdict.
One complaint in the last 3 years, one closed in the last 12 months. Filed by buyers with the Better Business Bureau; the company's replies are shown as BBB published them.
I bought a rug and rug pad from Southeastern Salvage on March 25, 2026. I was told I could return either item within 3 days for a refund. This is stamped on the receipt. I brought back the rug pad because it did not lay flat under the rug. I kept the rug on March 28, 2026. The manager, John, did not even stop to talk to me but yelled, “that is not returnable!” I started to speak to tell him the receipt said otherwise but he screamed, “I told you it was not returnable,” as he continued walking to the back of the store. I am in the right and I want a refund and an apology from the store!
