The seller bailed out on the sale 😕 but the absolute disappointment came when dealing with StockX or in effect not dealing with them.

The aim now is you don't get customer service!

The StockX of old you could actually contact a human but the new system in place "self service" doesn't address problems with orders it's just generic questions about purchasing from StockX

The fact I couldn't contact anyone about my order - in the end became infuriating.

StockX get fu_cking grip your customers are intrinsic to your business.

My company used to order in bulk for McLaren Automotive - I will be informing Mr Collins not to deal with StockX again 🤬

It took about three tries just to place the order. The website kept giving me an error. Then when i received the shoes that box looked as if they stomped on it. Delivery was quick.

The descriptions that a four pack of supreme socks, and I received one pair, then I was towed by StockX to contact the seller. And that they cannot help me.

Order took a long time to receive. Item arrived yesterday in only 1/2 a box, the top was paper and bubble wrap that was half soaked. Luckily the shoes were ok.

First of all I ordered with they sent me gray, second they are scuffed up and dirty. Third they from china. Everything in writing is in Chinese. I didn’t pay this much money for some fake knockoff bootleg Nike Kobe Air Force 1’s. I’m so pissex off 🤬
