Contacted customer service before purchasing a concert poster that had the wrong tour dates on it, was lied to and told that this was just a mock up and that the poster sent out to me would have the correct dates on it.
Poster arrived and lo and behold it had the wrong dates.
Have tried several times to get in touch with customer service to get a refund, however I am now being ignored.
