TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We ordered a 'good vintage' coat from them and paid £120. When it arrived it was in really poor condition - covered in huge stains and very grubby, and the logo was all faded. It was clearly something that had been pulled out of a recycling centre that somebody had thrown away.

So we emailed 'Taylorsthrift' upon receipt to report the condition. This was three weeks ago. We heard nothing.

So we sent the item back, as we have the right to under distance selling regulations. That was two weeks ago. We've heard nothing.

So we have messaged them again, to ask them what they're doing. You guessed it. We've heard nothing.

There is no phone number to contact them on and their social media presence is minimal. I suspect that they are criminals. They have basically stolen our money.
